Claims (8)
- シュラウデッド・ベローズ(12)部品の振動に対する固有周波数応答を予測する(132)方法であって、
動剛性部品試験データに基づく回帰方程式を用いて、前記シュラウデッド・ベローズ部品の剛性係数を求める(120)ステップ、
前記求めた剛性係数をコンピュータモデルに入力し、前記剛性係数に基づき、たわみ率と標準的幾何学形状を適用して、固有周波数応答を予測するステップ、
前記固有周波数応答に基づいてダクト支持体の位置を決定するステップ、
を含む方法。 - 前記シュラウデッド・ベローズ(12)部品は、隣接する配管セクション間で流れ連通状態で接合され、該隣接する配管セクション間で漏れのない屈曲角形成部をもつたわみ管継手を構成し、前記配管セクションの熱膨張を吸収する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも作動圧力及び振動環境を前記モデルに入力するステップをさらに含む、請求項2記載の方法。
- ベローズピッチ(80)及び接合管直径(37)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む幾何学形状を前記モデルに入力するステップをさらに含む、請求項3記載の方法。

前記求めた剛性係数をコンピュータモデルに入力し、前記剛性係数に基づき、たわみ率と標準的幾何学形状を適用して、固有周波数応答を予測し、
前記固有周波数応答に基づいてダクト支持体の位置を決定するように構成されている装置。 - 前記幾何学形状が、ベローズピッチ(80)及び接合管直径(37)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項5記載のモデリング装置。
- 前記プロセッサが、シュラウデッド・ベローズ幾何学形状入力(116)及び動的作動条件入力(114)を前記モデルに入力するように構成されている、請求項5または6記載のモデリング装置。
- 前記シュラウデッド・ベローズ(12)部品は、隣接する配管セクション間で流れ連通状態で接合され、該隣接する配管セクション間で漏れのない屈曲角形成部をもつたわみ管継手を構成し、前記配管セクションの熱膨張を吸収する、請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置。
