Abstract

"MéTODOS E DISPOSITIVOS PARA A DETERMINAçãO DA RIGIDEZ DE JUNTAS TIPO FOLE ENVOLVIDO BASEADOS EM MODELOS". O sistema prevê as respostas de freq³ência natural (132) em subsistemas de tubo (10) incluindo as juntas tipo fole envolvido (12). O sistema determina o multiplicador de rigidez a partir dos valores de entrada (110) e usa o fator de flexibilidade determinado para determinar as respostas de freq³ência natural. Os valores de entrada incluem as entradas de geometria (116) e as entradas das condições operacionais dinâmicas (114). O fator de flexibilidade é determinado com uma equação de regressão. A equação de regressão, baseada nos dados de testes de rigidez dinâmica de várias configurações para juntas tipo fole envolvido, permite ao sistema caracterizar as juntas tipo fole envolvido usando um elemento de geometria que inclui um fator de flexibilidade atribuído baseado nos dados dos testes dinâmicos de rigidez.
