Abstract
一种改型波纹管联轴器,可广泛用于各种工程施工及机械传动。其目的是解决现有联轴器传递扭矩大时柔性差;柔性好时传递扭矩小的突出问题。本实用新型联轴器由改变标准波纹管纵剖面形状的波纹管中间体、左端输入体、右端输出体机械组合而成。它抗扭刚度大,轴向拉压刚度小、固振频率低、隔振性佳。适用于大扭矩、高柔度、各种转速的直、曲线轴传动要求。具有结构简单、体积小、成本低、寿命长的特点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种两轴轴向联接部件,尤其是适用大扭矩高柔性轴传动。
目前现有各型联轴器均不同程度地存在:减振效果差,对两轴平行度、同轴度、加工精度要求高,难以适用于大扭矩、高转速、高柔性、长寿命、曲轴线轴的联接传动。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改型波纹管联轴器,它不仅能传递大扭矩,而且通过调节改型波纹管参数,可方便的调整联轴器的柔度。
本实用新型是这样实现的:改变中间改型波纹管体的纵剖面形状,使其波谷断面积增大,波峰断面积相对较小,使波纹管体各横断面抗扭近拟等强度。改变波纹管体波纹数与波高,可使波纹管体的整体轴向拉压刚度、横向弯曲刚度随之改变,从而可设计出,既能满足传动扭矩,又能满足传动柔性要求的改型波纹管联轴器。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、改型波纹管纵部面改型可满足不同抗扭模量要求。2、通过调节波纹管参数,可调整轴向、抗压与弯曲刚度允许使用轴线弯曲角不限。3、结构简单:外径小,许用转速范围大。4、减振性能好,制造成本低,使用寿命长。

本实用新型将中间改型波纹管体与左端输入体、右端输出体制成一体,或者用焊接、螺纹、螺栓的方法联接成一体,组成轴、杆、轴向联接的传动部件联轴器。本实用新型可用于小曲率半径工程钻井。左端输入体1接旋转动力钻杆,右端输出体3通过接头接钻头,中间改型波纹管体2起柔性轴与联轴器作用,中心孔可通过钻井液,使它具备了有柔性、承钻压、传扭矩、通钻井液的柔性钻柱的功能。较现有柔性钻柱具有明显的结构简单、成本低、寿命长,使钻小曲率半径井的钻井成本下降。

1.本实用新型改型波纹管联轴器由左端输入体(1)、中间改型波纹管体(2)、右端输出体(3)等部分组成,其特征在于:中间改型波纹管体(2)纵剖面形状为波谷断面积大,波峰断面积相对较小,并与左端输入体(1)、右端输出体(3)制成一体,或焊接、螺纹、螺栓联接成一体,组成轴、杆、轴向联接的传动部件。
