Description
油べーパーを脱臭処理する脱臭材と、
油べーパーを上記脱臭材に導く吸引通路と、
この吸引通路に対する油べーパーの導入と空気の導入とを切り替え制御することができる制御装置とを備えており、
上記脱臭材が、アルミナおよびシリカを主成分とし、三次元立体構造を有していて、湿分を含んだ空気の供給下で加熱することなく、吸着した臭気成分を分解可能な自己再生型セラミックス触媒を含んでいる。

Claims (1)
- 油べーパーを脱臭処理する脱臭材と、
油べーパーを上記脱臭材に導く吸引通路と、
該吸引通路に対する油べーパーの導入と空気の導入とを切り替え制御することができる制御装置とを備えており、
上記脱臭材が、アルミナおよびシリカを主成分とし、三次元立体構造を有していて、湿分を含んだ空気の供給下で加熱することなく、吸着した臭気成分を分解可能な自己再生型の多孔質セラミックス触媒を含んでなり、
上記吸引通路における脱臭材の上流側には、油ベーパーを吸引するためのエゼクタ装置が設けられるとともに、このエゼクタ装置の上流側には油べーパーを冷却するための冷却用チャンバが設けられ、
上記エゼクタ装置に圧縮空気を供給する空気供給配管が、上記冷却用チャンバを通過するように配管されるとともに、この冷却チャンバ内において流通する圧縮空気を減圧する減圧部を有する、油ベーパーの脱臭処理装置。
