Claims (20)
- 渦流量計において、
流量を感知して渦センサ出力を提供する渦センサと、
渦流量計から離れている第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリからの第1熱電接点出力を受け取る第1の端子と、
前記第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリの熱特性を表すデータを受け取るデータ入力部と、
前記熱特性を表すデータ、前記第1熱電接点出力および前記渦センサ出力を受け取り、温度および熱特性に対して補正をした流量計出力を提供する回路と備えている渦流量計。 - 前記熱特性が、熱電対の形式である請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- 前記流量計出力が、質量流量出力である請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- 前記流量計出力が、熱流量測定値出力である請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- 前記熱流量測定値出力が、エネルギ交換プロセスの熱収支である請求項4記載の渦流量計。
- 前記回路が、さらに、渦流量計から離れている第2のサーモウェル・アセンブリからの第2熱電接点出力を受け取るように構成されている請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- 前記流量計出力が、熱流量測定値出力である請求項6記載の渦流量計。
- 前記回路が、前記第1および第2のサーモウェル・アセンブリ間の温度差を計算するものである請求項6記載の渦流量計。
- 前記回路が、前記第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリの温度と、前記第2のサーモウェル・アセンブリの温度との差を計算する請求項6記載の渦流量計。
- 流体の圧力を表すデータを受け取るための回路に接続されるデータ入力部をさらに備えている請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- 流量計出力を計算する計算アルゴリズムを受け取るための回路に接続されたデータ入力部をさらに備えている請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- 前記回路が、周囲温度センサを備えている請求項1記載の渦流量計。
- 渦流量測定を実行する方法において、
流れ中の渦を感知して渦センサ出力を提供し、
渦流量計から離れた位置に第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリを配置し、
前記第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリの熱特性に関するデータを受け取り、
前記第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリからの第1熱電接点出力を受け取り、
渦センサ出力と、データおよび第1熱電接点出力に対して補正された流量計出力とに基づいて流量計出力を提供する方法。 - 流量計出力としての質量流量出力を提供する請求項13記載の方法。
- 流量計出力として熱流量測定値を提供する請求項13記載の方法。
- エネルギ交換プロセスの熱収支としての熱流量測定値出力を提供する請求項15記載の方法。
- 流量測定装置において、
パイプライン上に取り付けられた第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリと、
前記パイプライン上に前記第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリから離れて取り付けられた渦流量計とを備え、
前記渦流量計が、
流量を感知して渦センサ出力を提供する渦センサと、
前記第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリの熱特性を表すデータを受け取るデータ入力部と、
前記第1のサーモウェル・アセンブリからの第1熱電接点出力を受け取る第1の端子と、
前記熱特性を表すデータ、前記第1熱電接点出力および渦センサ出力を受け取り、温度に対して補正された流量計出力を提供する回路とからなる流量測定装置。 - 前記流量計出力が質量流量出力からなる請求項17記載の流量測定装置。
- 前記流量計出力が熱流量測定値出力からなる請求項17記載の流量測定装置。
- 前記値通流量測定値出力が、エネルギ交換プロセスの熱収支からなる請求項19記載の流量測定装置。
