Claims (3)
- 液体培地に検体を添加する工程、
前記液体培地にキノンを添加する工程、及び、
前記液体培地中の溶存酸素量が所定量に低下するまでにかかる時間、又は、前記液体培地中の溶存酸素量の変化率が所定値となるまでにかかる時間を測定する工程、
前記液体培地のpHを酸性からアルカリ性に変化させる工程を備えていることを特徴とする微生物検出方法。 - 前記キノンはメナジオンである請求項1記載の微生物検出方法。
- 液体培地を収容する収容容器と、
前記収容容器中の液体培地にキノンを添加するキノン添加機構と、
前記液体培地中の溶存酸素量を測定するための酸素電極と、
前記酸素電極からの出力信号に基づいて、前記液体培地中の溶存酸素量を測定する検出装置本体と、
前記液体培地中の溶存酸素量が所定の値に低下するまでにかかる時間、又は、前記液体培地中の溶存酸素量の変化率が所定値となるまでにかかる時間を計時する計時部と、
前記液体培地のpHを調節するためのpH調節試液を添加する試液添加機構と、を備えている微生物検出装置。
