Description
実施例1:本発明の装置の第1の態様
磁性粒子を含む液体から該粒子を分離するための装置の第1の態様は、図1、2、5および6に関して本明細書の以下に記載される。
磁性粒子を含む液体から該粒子を分離するための方法は、図1、2、5および6に関して上述の実施例1の装置態様で本発明に従って実行され得る。この方法によると、平坦な外表面16を有する磁石15は、磁石15が移動経路25の一部に沿って移動される場合、前述の第1の所定の位置から第2の所定の位置まで伸びる移動経路25の一部分上で、磁石15の平坦な外表面16が容器11の下側部分の側壁14の外表面の一部と接触し、磁石15が容器11の長軸12の下方に長軸12に向かって移動されるように移動経路25に沿って自動的に移動される。
磁性粒子を含む複数の液体から該粒子を分離するための装置の第2態様は、図1〜7に関して以下に記載される。
・ ピペットチップから廃棄物接続部への廃液の送達中、廃液の噴出が妨げられる。
・ ピペットチップ間の汚染が妨げられる。
・ ピペットチップと廃棄物接続部間の汚染が妨げられる。
図1〜7を参照して上記した種類の装置における使用に適した容器のアレイ41の態様を、以下に、図8〜11を参照して記載する。
磁気粒子を含む液体からかかる粒子を分離するための方法は、図1〜7を参照して上記した実施例3の装置の態様、および図8〜11を参照して上記した実施例4の容器のアレイを用い、本発明に従って行なわれ得る。
この種のシステムは、コンベヤ(添付の図面には図示していない)を備え、例えば、コンベヤは、容器アレイを、互いに直行する3つの方向X-、Y、Zに移動させるように適合される。後者のコンベヤは、実施例4による容器のアレイ41を自動的に移送し、該アレイを、容器ホルダー13内の図1および2に示す位置に配置する機能を果たす。容器のアレイ41が該位置にある状態で、各容器11内で対応するピペットチップ61によりピペッティング操作が行なわれ、ピペットチップは、使用されていない場合は、容器11に隣接する容器51内に挿入されて静止している。

- 分析装置内で処理される液体試料を入れるのに適した容器のアレイ(41)であって、
(a) 前記試料を受けるための容器(11)の第1の列(31)、
(b) 各々がピペットチップ(61)を受けるように適合された容器(51)の第2の列(43)、
(c) 実質的に直平行六面体形状を有する上側部分(45)であって、各々が側壁(47)および底壁(48)を有する区画(46)に分けられた上側部分(45)、ここで、試料を受けるための容器(11)およびピペットチップ(61)を受けるための容器(51)は、前記区画(46)の各々の底壁(48)内のそれぞれの開口部(52, 53)から延びている、
を備え、
前記区画(46)は各々、後側壁(55)および該後側壁に向かい合って位置する前側壁(54)を有し、各々が区画の後側壁と前側壁の間に延びている側壁(47)によって互いに分離されている、ならびに
前記後側壁(55)は各々、ピペットチップ(61)が容器のアレイ(41)内の位置から容器のアレイ(41)の外側の位置に移動されるとき、該ピペットチップの先端(62)の通過を可能にする中央開口部(56)を有する、
容器のアレイ(41)。 - 前記上側部分(45)が第1の可塑性材料の射出成形によって作製され、容器の前記第1の列(31)および容器の前記第2の列(43)が、第2の可塑性材料の射出成形によって作製され、前記上側部分(45)の材料が、容器の前記第1および第2の列(31, 43)の材料よりも堅い、請求項1記載の容器のアレイ。
- 磁気粒子を含む複数の液体から前記粒子を分離するための装置であって、前記液体の各々は、容器のアレイ(41)の一部である容器(11)内に入っており、
(a) 請求項1または2記載の容器のアレイ、および
(b) 容器の前記アレイ(41)を、容器の前記アレイ(41)の容器(11)内に含まれた廃液の処分のための手段に接続するための接続デバイス(71)
を備える、装置。
