Claims (3)
- 瞳孔をもつ眼であって、該眼で見る距離の変化で該瞳孔の寸法の変化が誘導される眼を有する患者の、現にあるまたは潜在的な老視を処理するシステムであって、
該眼が第一の見る距離で見ている間、該瞳孔の第一の寸法を測定し、該眼が第二の見る距離で見ている間、該瞳孔の第二の寸法を測定することにより該瞳孔の寸法の変化を測定する瞳孔計と、そして
該眼に対する第一の所望の拡大能および第一の寸法ならびに第二の所望の拡大能および第二の寸法を受け入れる入力手段を有する、処方形成モジュールと、
を含み、
該処方形成モジュールは、処方計算モジュールであって、該眼が該第一の見る距離に対して適した該第一の所望の拡大能を有し、かつ該眼が該第二の見る距離に対して該第二の所望の拡大能を有するように、該瞳孔の寸法および該瞳孔の寸法の変化に応答して、該眼に対する老視を緩和する処方を計算する処方計算モジュールを含み、
該処方形成モジュールは、該瞳孔が該第一の寸法をもつとき第一の所望の拡大能を与え、該瞳孔が該第二の寸法をもつとき第二の所望の拡大能を与える、該眼に対する老視を緩和する処方であって、該第一の所望の拡大能および該第二の所望の拡大能は、異なる見る条件での該患者のマニフェスト測定値に基づいており、該瞳孔の寸法の変化に応答して拡大能に所望の変化を達成する、該眼に対する老視を緩和する処方を決定する、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 該処方形成モジュールは、老視に適した目標関数を使用して、該瞳孔の直径および所望の拡大能に基づいて該眼に対する老視を緩和する処方を決定する最適化器モジュールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 該処方形成モジュールは、該瞳孔の直径に基づいて、処方形状の中央部の尺度を、該処方形状が老視を緩和し、該中央部が該瞳孔の直径の0.35と0.55の間の寸法をもつように、決定する尺度決定モジュールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
