Description
Claims (2)
- 内部空間を有する容器本体と、この容器本体に設けられる充填口とを備える電子写真複製機用トナー収蔵容器であって容器本体の壁を貫きトナー吐出ポートとして機能する開口に取り付けられた多孔質プラグを有する容器と、
充填口に番わされ、この充填口を通って容器内部空間にトナーを供給する充填システムと、
容器内にトナーが入っているときに多孔質プラグに連結され容器内部空間から空気を除去して容器内トナーを稠密化する負圧源と、
を備え、
多孔質プラグは、前記開口に取り外し可能に配設される一端と、容器内部空間に位置する他端とを有し、一端から他端へ出っ張っている部分の長さを、前記開口が形成された壁と、この壁に対向する壁との間の長さに対して少なくとも20%とするように形成され、電子写真複製システムに容器が組み込まれトナー吐出ポートが開いた場合、多孔質プラグがトナー吐出ポートから外れて容器内部空間の中に残る、トナー収蔵容器内トナー稠密化システム。 - トナー収蔵用の容器内部空間を有する容器本体と、
容器本体に設けられ容器内部空間にトナーを供給する際使用される充填口と、
容器本体に形成されトナー吐出ポートとして機能する開口に取り付けられた多孔質プラグと、
を備え、
多孔質プラグは、前記開口に取り外し可能に配設される一端と、容器内部空間に位置する他端とを有し、一端から他端へ出っ張っている部分の長さが容器内部空間寸法に対して少なくとも20%となるように形成され、
さらに、多孔質プラグは、負圧源と多孔質プラグとの連結によって容器内部空間から空気が除去され容器内トナーが稠密化されている間、容器の前記開口に配設された状態で残り、そして負圧源が多孔質プラグから取り除かれて電子写真複製システムに容器が組み込まれトナー吐出ポートが開いた場合、多孔質プラグの一端がトナー吐出ポートから外れて容器内部空間の中に残るように構成される、電子写真複製システム用トナー収蔵容器。
