Claims (13)
- ロータ軸(200)が内部軸部分(210)と電磁石用の少なくとも1つの実質的に環状のターゲット(240、260、280)からなり、前記ターゲット(240、260、280)は前記内部軸部分(210)の周辺に配置されている磁気ベアリング装置(1)用のロータ軸(200)であって、前記ターゲット(240、260、280)は前記ロータ軸(200)の外部周辺に近いところで軸心方向の押し付け力(F、F’)が最も強くなるような方法で前記ターゲット(240、260、280)に前記軸心方向の押し付け力(F、F’)を与える2つのカラーの間に保持されていることを特徴とする磁気ベアリング装置用ロータ軸(200)。
- 前記軸心方向の押し付け力(F、F’)は、前記ロータ軸(200)が停止状態のとき前記ターゲット(240、260、280)と前記内部軸部分(210)の間のいかなるラジアル方向の力よりも強力である、請求項1に記載されたロータ軸。
- 前記ターゲット(240、260、280)は、本質的にラジアル方向に広がる複数の積み重ねられた環状のシートからなる請求項1または2に記載されたロータ軸。
- 前記ターゲット(240、260、280)と前記内部軸部分(210)の間にギャップがあり、そのギャップ内にギャップ充填剤が配置されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載されたロータ軸。
- 前記カラーの少なくとも1つは、前記ロータ軸(200)の前記外部周辺に近いところに配置され且つ、軸心方向において前記ターゲット(240、260、280)に向けて突出している環状の突出部(271、291)により構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載されたロータ軸。
- 前記ロータ軸(200)は、前記ターゲット(240、260、280)をより遠いターゲットから隔てているスペーサ(250、270)からなり、さらに、前記カラーの1つは前記スペーサ(250、270)により構成されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載されたロータ軸。
- 前記内部軸部分(210)は、前記ターゲットにより囲まれている実質的に円柱状の部分、ラジアル方向において前記円柱状の部分から実質的に広がっている肩部(214)、および、前記肩部に配置され且つ軸心方向に突出している環状の突出部を有し、さらに、前記カラーの1つは前記環状の突出部(214)により構成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載されたロータ軸。
- 前記内部軸部分(210)は、オネジ(215)を有し、さらに、前記オネジ(215)と接触するメネジ(292)を有するナット(290)が前記押し付け力(F、F’)を与えるために前記内部軸部分(210)に取付けられている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載されたロータ軸。
- 前記ターゲット(240、260、280)および前記カラー(271、291)の少なくとも1つは、ラジアル方向において前記ターゲット(240、260、280)を芯だしするためのへこみ部および突出部の少なくとも1つからなる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載されたロータ軸。
- 前記ロータ軸(200)は、外部周辺と実質的に連続的な方法でラジアル方向において前記周辺に向け減少する厚みとを有するスラストディスク(220)からなる請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載されたロータ軸。
- 前記スラストディスク(220)は、第1の実質的に一様な厚み(d1)を有し前記内部軸部分(210)の近くに配置された第1の領域と、
前記第1の一様な厚み(d1)より小さい第2の実質的に一様な厚み(d2)を有し前記スラストディスク(220)の周辺近くに配置された第2の領域と、
前記第1の領域と第2の領域の間にあって、実質的に連続的な方法で厚みが前記第1の一様な厚み(d1)から第2の一様な厚み(d2)へと周辺に向けて減少する傾斜領域と、
を有する請求項10に記載されたロータ軸。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載されたロータ軸(200)からなり、さらに、少なくとも1つの能動磁気ベアリングユニット(80、90)からなる磁気ベアリング装置。
- 実質的に円柱状の部分を有する内部軸部分(210)、前記円柱状の部分の1つの軸心方向の面に配置されたカラー(214)および、前記円柱状の部分のもう1つの軸心方向の面に配置されたオネジ(215)を設け、ターゲット(240、260、280)を構成するため複数の積み重ねられた環状シートを設け、メネジ(292)を有するナット(290)を設け、前記ターゲット(240、260、280)を構成するために前記内部軸部分の前記実質的に円柱状の部分へ前記複数の積み重ねられた環状シートを摺動させ、さらに、前記ロータ軸(200)の外部周辺に近いところで軸心方向の押し付け力(F、F’)が最大となるような方法で前記ターゲット(240、260、280)に軸心方向の押し付け力(F、F’)を与えるために前記メネジ(292)を有する前記ナット(290)を前記オネジ(215)に締結する、ステップからなる請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載されたロータ軸(200)の製造方法。
