シュードモナス・エスピーO−148(FERM P-1376)の前培養液を、オゴノリ粉末 1.5g/dL、ポリペプトン 0.1g/dL、酵母エキス 0.1g/dL、MgSO4/7H2O 0.25g/dL、NaCl 0.1g/dL、CaCl2 0.01g/dL、アデカノールLG126(旭電化工業株式会社製)0.03g/dL、pH6.0の培地で、28℃で3日間培養した。培養液はろ過で菌体を除去して培養ろ液を得た。
オゴノリ原藻1重量部を水、温水(40℃)、エタノール(45℃)で順次洗浄した後、20重量部の水(98-100℃)で4時間加熱濃縮した。吸引ろ過を繰り返しオゴノリ抽出ろ液として、β−アガラーゼ酵素液を得た。オゴノリ抽出ろ液12重量部に培養ろ液1重量部を加え、37℃で48時間酵素処理を行った。この水溶液をおよそ4倍に濃縮し多糖類加水分解液を得た。
Claims (2)
- 工業用の粗精製酵素、工業用粗精製酵素を含有する酵素組成物、又は該酵素若しくは該組成物で処理して得られる物のいずれか1つにおいて、(a)該酵素中にある原料素材に由来する臭い、又は(b)該酵素、該組成物若しくは該処理物を製造する工程で発生する臭いの低減を目的とする、イソマルトトリオース、パノース、イソマルトテトラオース、イソマルトトリオシルグルコースから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の分岐構造を有する3〜4糖類を含む非還元糖質及び/又は還元糖質の使用。
- 工業用の粗精製酵素、工業用粗精製酵素を含有する酵素組成物、又は該酵素若しくは該組成物で処理して得られる物のいずれかの製造物を製造する工程において、イソマルトトリオース、パノース、イソマルトテトラオース、イソマルトトリオシルグルコースから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の分岐構造を有する3〜4糖類を含む非還元糖質及び/又は還元糖質を用いることによって、当該製造物中に残存し得る原料素材又は該製造工程に由来する臭いを低減することを特徴とする、前記製造物の製造方法。
