Claims (4)
- 中間周波帯域における信号の受信機であって、
前記中間周波帯域で信号を伝達する同軸ケーブルを受ける入力端子と、
前記中間周波帯域にある周波数を持つ信号を通過させ、前記同軸ケーブルとのインピーダンス整合を提供するフィルタリング及びマッチング手段と、
低雑音増幅器と共に集積回路として構成され、前記フィルタリング及びマッチング手段に接続されるチューニング回路とを備え、
前記チューニング回路と前記フィルタリング及びマッチング手段との間であって、前記チューニング回路からアップラインに配置され、前記低雑音増幅器の線形性の欠陥を予め補償するために、前記中間周波帯域における前記低雑音増幅器の伝達特性とは逆の伝達特性を有する補償回路を含み、
前記補償回路は、前記チューニング回路の入力とグランドとの間に並列に配置されるダイポールである、
ことを特徴とする受信機。 - 前記ダイポールは、抵抗、インダクタ及びキャパシタを直列接続で備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の受信機。 - 前記インダクタは、マイクロストリップラインを使用して製造される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の受信機。 - 前記補償回路の伝達特性は、前記中間周波帯域において前記低雑音増幅器による利得の変動とは逆の利得の変動であって、前記利得の変動の量よりも大きい量の前記逆の利得の変動を与えることで、前記中間周波帯域において前記低雑音増幅器の伝達特性よりも大きい補償を提供する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか記載の受信機。
