Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a flat frequency characteristics, by cascading a matching circuit containing an attenuator consisting of a resistance, to an amplifier consisting of a semiconductor, and also connecting an amplifier consisting of a semiconductor.
CONSTITUTION: An attenuator 7 is provided between an amplifier 1, a capacity 4 and an LPF5 which have been connected to its prestage, and an LPF6 and an amplifier 3 which have been connected to its poststage, and mutual interference between them is cut off by attenuation. As a result, impedance matching of the amplifiers 1 and 3 becomes very satisfactory, and a frequency characteristics become flat since an undesirale oscillation is suppressed.
