Description
−振動音極と対極の間に管を配置して固定し、
−振動音極と対極の間に固定された管で、管の特性値を決定し、
−少なくとも1つの特性値に基づき、保存された溶接パラメータを呼び出し、
−管の圧潰と封止のために振動音極を励振し、振動音極と対極を相互に相対運動させる。
Claims (13)
- 管を超音波溶接装置の振動音極と、これに配属された対極との間に配置し、該管の圧潰及び封止のために該振動音極を励振し、該対極に対して相対的に変位させて行う、管の圧潰及び封止のための方法において、下記の手順、
−該管を該振動音極と対極の間に配置し、
−該振動音極と対極の間に該管を固定した後に、該管の少なくとも1つの特性値を決定するとともに該特性値を該超音波溶接装置の制御部にデータ線を経て送り、
−該特性値に基づいて前記制御部から、保存された溶接パラメータを呼び出し、
−該管の圧潰及び封止のために該振動音極を励振し、該振動音極と対極を相対運動させることを特徴とする方法。 - 該特性値として、該振動音極と対極の間に管を固定したときの該振動音極と対極の間隔を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該特性値として管の導電度を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該特性値として管の肉厚を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該特性値として管の変形度を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 変形度の決定のために、所定の距離にわたって該振動音極と対極を相互に変位させるために掛ける圧力を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該振動音極を対極に対して変位させるときに、振動音極を、超音波で励振することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 肉厚を、超音波によって決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 複数の特性値を決定し、保存された溶接パラメータをこれらの特性値に基づき呼び出すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 管の圧潰及び封止の後に、管の一部をせん断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 保存される溶接パラメータの決定のために、圧潰及び封止される標準管の特性値を決定すると共に、超音波振動させられる該振動音極のエネルギー、力及び/又は出力の時間的変化を考慮する複数の制御曲線を記録し、次に圧潰及び封止される未知の直径及び/又は未知の肉厚の管の実際曲線を、上記のように決定された複数の制御曲線と比較し、該制御曲線と一致するときは、これに該当する溶接パラメータを管の圧潰及び封止のために使用することを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 実際曲線と、許容範囲を拡張した制御曲線とを比較することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 制御曲線の記録の際に使用した標準管の圧潰及び封止のために決定される溶接パラメータを該制御曲線に割り当て、未知の寸法の管の溶接のために実際曲線を記録し、該実際曲線を複数の制御曲線の1つに当てはめ、当該の制御曲線に割り当てられた溶接パラメータに基づいて未知の寸法の管を圧潰し、溶接することを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
