Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つのモータと、スライダクランク機構によって駆動される往復ピストンコンプレッサとを備え、前記スライダクランク機構が、クランクホイールと、前記クランクホイール及びピストンに接続された連接棒とから構成されている、特に移動式/可搬式器具内の空気圧縮のためのコンプレッサユニットであって、
ピストン行程を調整する手段が、前記スライダクランク機構内に配置され、スライド方向に長さ調整可能な接続部が前記ピストンと連接棒との間に配置されることを特徴とするコンプレッサユニット。 - 前記ピストンと前記連接棒とが、ねじ込み接続により互いに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンプレッサユニット。
- 前記ねじ込み接続が、ねじれ防止装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載のコンプレッサユニット。
- 前記ねじれ防止装置が、ねじ山に係合しかつ後部工具受けを有するグラブネジによって得られることを特徴とする請求項3記載のコンプレッサユニット。
- 前記ねじ込み接続が、細目ねじとして設計されることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のコンプレッサユニット。
- 前記モータとピストンコンプレッサとの間に、前記スライダクランク機構と、ギア段階として少なくとも1つのギヤーホイール段階とを備えるギアユニットが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のコンプレッサユニット。
