Claims (17)
- マスク(24)を当てかつエッチング剤をそれに対して作用させることにより、平坦な形状の部材(12)が、平坦な材料(22)から形成され、そこでは、平坦な形状の部材(12)の少なくとも1部が、被験者の体内に穿刺するための尖端(16、16’)として形成され、前記マスク(24)に該尖端(16、16’)を形成するための形成領域(30)とスクリーニング領域(32)とが設けられ、前記尖端(16、16’)が前面においてエッチングされないようにするために、当該スクリーニング領域(32)が前記形成領域(30)を超えて遠位側に延びてなる穿刺エレメントの製造方法であって、
前記スクリーニング領域(32)が、前記形成領域(30)と接続するところで、所定のスクリーニング長さ分、一定の幅を有するか、または徐々に増加する幅を有することができるように、少なくとも1つの側面(34)が、前記形成領域(30)とスクリーニング領域(32)のあいだの接点で曲げられるか、または凹面になっており、前記スクリーニング領域(32)が前記形成領域(30)と接続し、かつ前記尖端(16、16’)が、形成領域とスクリーニング領域(32)の側面(34、36)を横方向にアンダーカットすることのみにより、暴露されることを特徴とする方法。 - エッチングマスクの形成領域(30)は、スクリーニング領域(32)に向けて狭くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記形成領域(30)が、少なくとも1つの側へ直線的に面取りされていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記スクリーニング領域(32)における、前記尖端(16、16’)の長手方向に沿った長さである前記スクリーニング長さが、エッチング剤の作用によるアンダーカット幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記尖端(16、16’)が、マスク(24)中の狭窄(38)により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記狭窄(38)の幅が、横方向アンダーカット幅の2倍未満であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記スクリーニング領域(32)が、前記狭窄(38)後再び広げられることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の方法。
- 前記スクリーニング領域(32)が、形成される尖端(16、16’)に対して、尖端方向に広がっているブリッジ部(40)を持っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記平坦な材料(22)の厚みが、1mmから0.01mmのあいだで選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記マスク(24)中のチャンネルスロット(42)により形成される体液を移送するために、前記穿刺エレメントには、準開口毛細管経路(18)が設けられており、またチャンネル壁(44)の遠位端は、鋭い尖端(16’)として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記チャンネル壁(44)の尖端(16’)に対するスクリーニング領域(32)が、チャンネルスロット(42)により、片側で区切られていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記マスク(24)には、切り取り端部(56)から横方向の間隔で、補償用の開口(54)が設けられており、また平坦な形状の部材(12)の端輪郭(48)は、エッチング剤の作用により、補償用の開口(54)を介して端からエッチングで取り去られることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- マスク(24)を当てかつエッチング剤をそれに対して作用させることにより、平坦な形状の部材(12)が、平坦な材料(22)から形成され、前記平坦な形状の部材(12)の少なくとも1部が、被験者の体内に穿刺するための尖端(16、16’)として形成され、
マスク(24)には、切り取り端部(56)から横方向の間隔で、補償用の開口(54)が、設けられており、また平坦な形状の部材(12)の端輪郭(48)は、エッチング剤の作用により、補償用の開口(54)を介して端からエッチングで取り去られ、前記マスク(24)に前記尖端(16、16’)を形成するための形成領域(30)と前記尖端の前面側に保持される細長片とが設けられ、前記尖端(16、16’)が前面においてエッチングされないようにするために、当該マスクの細長片が前記形成領域(30)を超えて遠位側に延びてなり、前記尖端(16、16’)が、形成領域と前記マスクの細長片の側面(34、36)を横方向にアンダーカットすることのみにより、暴露される穿刺エレメントの製造方法であって、
前記マスクの細長片が、尖端(16、16’)の前面に該尖端の中心軸に沿って保持され、また該尖端(16、16’)が、前面でエッチング除去されないように、形成される尖端(16、16’)に向かって延びる中心軸の側方に、前記補償用の開口(54)が、位置づけられていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記補償用の開口(54)の内部幅が、端部(56)に隣接しているマスク(62)中の切り欠き部の幅より、小さいことを特徴とする請求項12または13記載の方法。
- マスクブリッジ(60)が、マスク端と補償用の開口(54)のあいだに延び、かつ前記マスクブリッジ(60)の幅が、マスクの端から測定されるエッチング剤の切り欠き部の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記補償用の開口(54)が、形成領域(30)および選択的に、形成される尖端(16、16’)に対するマスク(24)のスクリーニング領域(32)中に配置されることを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記補償用の開口(54)は、形成される尖端(16、16’)を越えて、遠心に曲げられまたは凹面になっているマスク(24)の側面(34)から、離れて横方向に置かれていることを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
