Claims (2)
- ハウジングと、このハウジングに保持されたモータと、このモータと隣接し且つ軸方向を合致させて前記ハウジングに収容されると共に当該ハウジングに対して回転自在に保持されたナット部材と、ボールの転動するねじ溝が形成されると共に多数のボールを介して前記ナット部材が螺合するねじ部及び当該ねじ部を挟んでその両端に設けられて前記ハウジングを貫通する一対の円柱部を有するロッド軸と、このロッド軸の各円柱部の端部に取り付けられたリンク機構用ブラケットと、前記ハウジングに収容されると共に前記ロッド軸の円柱部を支持する一対の軸受ブッシュと、前記ハウジングに収容されると共に前記ロッド軸の円柱部の外周面に摺接する一対のシール部材と、前記モータの出力軸の回転を減速して前記ナット部材に伝達する回転伝達機構と、を有することを特徴とする電動リニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジングは、内径が前記ロッド軸のねじ部の外径よりも大きく設定されると共に当該ロッド軸が貫通する一対の貫通孔を有するアクチュエータハウジングと、このアクチュエータハウジングの貫通孔の外側に固定されると共に当該アクチュエータハウジング内への異物侵入を防止する延長カバーと、を有し、
前記延長カバーには前記軸受けブッシュ及びシール部材が収容されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動リニアアクチュエータ。
