Description
Claims (17)
- 内側ロータ(16)および多数のベーン(20)を備えたベーンセルポンプ(12)であって、
前記多数のベーン(20)が、前記内側ロータ(16)のほぼ半径方向のスロット(18)中に半径方向に変位可能に支持され、かつステータ(28)の内周面(26)に沿って直接もしくは間接に摺動し、
前記ステータ(28)の軸(66)と前記内側ロータ(16)の軸(68)が相互にずれ(70)を有し、
前記ステータ(28)が前記内側ロータ(16)に対し半径方向に位置調整可能であることにより前記ずれ(70)が可変であり、前記ステータ(28)が前記ベーンセルポンプ(12)のハウジング(10)内に配置された揺動軸受(36)を有するベーンセルポンプにおいて、
前記ステータ(28)から少なくとも1つのピストンセクション(40または42)が突出し、前記ピストンセクション(40または42)のピストン軸(44)が前記揺動軸受(36)に対して円周方向に延び、
前記ピストンセクション(40または42)が前記揺動軸受(36)を中心とする前記円周方向の力を前記ステータ(28)に及ぼすように、前記ピストンセクション(40または42)は、圧力が作用して前記揺動軸受(36)を中心とする前記円周方向に弧を描いて移動するピストン面(48)を有する、
ことを特徴とするベーンセルポンプ(12)。 - 前記ピストンセクション(40または42)と前記ステータ(28)が一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記ピストンセクション(40および42)が前記ステータ(28)に固定されていないことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記ピストンセクション(40または42)が前記ステータ(28)にねじ止めで固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記ステータ(28)に前記ピストンセクション(40および42)が2つ備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記2つのピストンセクション(40および42)が前記ステータ(28)の前記軸(66)に対して向かい合わせになっていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記2つのピストンセクション(40および42)が反対方向に作用することを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記ピストンセクション(40および/または42)の断面が長方形であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記ベーンセルポンプ(12)の前記ハウジング(10)に前記ピストンセクション(40または42)を収容するシリンダ(46)が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記シリンダ(46)が前記ピストンセクション(40または42)の長さの少なくとも一部にわたって半径方向内側および外側の摺動面に密着することを特徴とする、請求項9記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記ステータ(28)の外周部に、前記ベーンセルポンプ(12)の一方の端面(54)における排出路を前記ベーンセルポンプ(12)の他方の端面(56)における排出路と接続する越流路(74)が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記越流路(74)が前記ステータ(28)の前記軸(66)に対し平行に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項11記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記越流路(74)が前記ピストンセクション(40)の一部であることを特徴とする、請求項11または12記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記ステータ(28)と前記ハウジング(10)の間に越流路(76)が備えられ、前記越流路(76)が前記ベーンセルポンプ(12)の一方の端面(54)における流入路を前記ベーンセルポンプ(12)の他方の端面(56)における流入路と接続することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記ステータ(28)から圧縮エレメント(62)を支える支えエレメント(58)が突出していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記支えエレメント(58)と前記ステータ(28)が一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項15記載のベーンセルポンプ。
- 前記圧縮エレメント(62)は圧縮ばね(64)であって、前記圧縮ばね(64)が支えエレメント(58)に作用することを特徴とする、請求項15または16記載のベーンセルポンプ。
