Claims (1)
- 敷設時に曲げ応力が生じる海底パイプラインとして利用される耐座屈性に優れた連結管の製造方法であって、
降伏応力Y1(MPa)、突合せ溶接される側の端部の外径DO1(mm)及び内径DI1(mm)が求められた第1の鋼管を準備する工程と、
前記第1の鋼管と同じ公称外径DA(mm)を有し、降伏応力Y2(MPa)、前記第1の鋼管と突合せ溶接される側の端部の外径DO2(mm)及び内径DI2(mm)が求められ、求められた前記降伏応力Y1,Y2、前記公称外径DA、前記外径DO1、DO2、前記内径DI1及びDI2を利用して、式(1)〜式(3)を満足すると認定された第2の鋼管を準備する工程と、
前記第1の鋼管の端部と前記第2の鋼管の端部とを突合せ溶接する工程とを備えることを特徴とする連結管の製造方法。
