Description
X−CF2O(CF2O)m−(CF2CF2O)n−CF2X (I)
〔式中、
XはH、F、C1〜C5−アルキルを表わすかまたは
部分弗素化または過弗素化されたC1〜C5−アルキルを表わすかまたは
COORを表わし、但し、この場合Rは、C1〜C5−アルキル、部分弗素化または過弗素化されたC1〜C5−アルキルであるものとし、或いは
ORを表わし、但し、この場合Rは、C1〜C5−アルキル、部分弗素化または過弗素化されたC1〜C5−アルキルであるものとし、
mは、0〜5の数を表わし、
nは、0〜5の数を表わし、但し、mとnは同時に0ではないものとする〕で示されるポリ弗素化ポリエーテルまたはその混合物が電解質溶液中の混合物成分として使用される。
例1:
溶剤混合物の製造のために、ジメチルカーボネート40mlおよびHF2COCF2CF2OCF2HとHF2COCF2OCF2CF2OCF2HとHF2CO(CF2CF2O)2CF2Hとの混合物60mlを混合した。生成された溶剤混合物は、単相である。
他の溶剤混合物の製造のために、ジメチルカーボネート30ml、エチレンカーボネート10gおよびHF2COCF2CF2OCF2HとHF2COCF2OCF2CF2OCF2HとHF2CO(CF2CF2O)2CF2Hとの混合物60mlを混合した。生成された溶剤混合物は、単相である。
電解質の製造のために、ジメチルカーボネート30ml、エチレンカーボネート10gおよびHF2COCF2CF2OCF2HとHF2COCF2OCF2CF2OCF2HとHF2CO(CF2CF2O)2CF2Hとの混合物60mlを混合した。この溶剤混合物中には、リチウムヘキサフルオルホスフェート7.6gは、完全に溶解された。
電解質の製造のために、ジメチルカーボネート30ml、エチレンカーボネート10gおよびHF2COCF2CF2OCF2HとHF2COCF2OCF2CF2OCF2HとHF2CO(CF2CF2O)2CF2Hとの混合物60mlを混合した。この溶剤混合物中には、リチウムN,N−ビス−(トリフルオルメチルスルホニル)−イミド14.3gは、完全に溶解された。
例1、2、3および4に記載の溶剤混合物および電解質を遮るもののない火炎で引火することを試みた。記載された溶剤混合物および電解質は、引火不可能であることが証明された。
Claims (6)
- 再充電可能な蓄電池用電解質系中の導電性塩のための溶剤混合物中の難燃剤としての式(I)
X−CF2O(CF2O)m−(CF2CF2O)n−CF2X (I)
〔式中、
XはH、F、C1〜C5−アルキルを表わすかまたは
部分弗素化または過弗素化されたC1〜C5−アルキルを表わすかまたは
COORを表わし、但し、この場合Rは、C1〜C5−アルキル、部分弗素化または過弗素化されたC1〜C5−アルキルであるものとし、或いは
ORを表わし、但し、この場合Rは、C1〜C5−アルキル、部分弗素化または過弗素化されたC1〜C5−アルキルであるものとし、
mは、0〜5の数を表わし、
nは、0〜5の数を表わし、但し、mとnは同時に0ではないものとする〕で示されるポリフルオルポリエーテルまたはその混合物の使用。 - 導電性塩のための溶剤混合物中の難燃剤としての一般式(I)

mは、0〜3の数を表わし、
nは、0〜3の数を表わし、但し、mとnは同時に0ではないものとする〕で示されるエーテルまたはその混合物の請求項1記載の使用。 - 式Iのエーテルが溶剤混合物中で電解質系の全体積に対して1〜80質量%の量で含有されている、請求項1または2記載のエーテルの使用。
- 式Iのエーテルが溶剤混合物中で電解質系の全体積に対して20〜60質量%の量で含有されている、請求項3記載のエーテルの使用。
- 式Iのエーテルが溶剤混合物中で電解質系の全体積に対して40〜60質量%の量で含有されている、請求項3または4記載のエーテルの使用。
