Claims (7)
- 回転する駆動軸が貫通する駆動モーターと、外気を遮断するユニットケースの中に、前記駆動モーターのトルクが前記駆動軸を介して伝達されるとともに前記駆動軸の回転数を減じて出力する出力軸が貫通する樹脂製ギアと、前記駆動モーターを制御する回路制御部とを備えたモーターユニットであって、前記樹脂製ギアは、前記樹脂製ギアの回転とともに前記ユニットケースの中の空気を攪拌する風切りフィンを前記出力軸の延伸する方向に設けることを特徴とするモーターユニット。
- 前記樹脂製ギアは円筒形状であり、この円筒外周面と前記駆動軸の外周面とに斜歯を形成するとともに、前記風切りフィンはこの円筒底面に前記斜歯のねじれ角で傾斜した羽根車で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーターユニット。
- 前記樹脂製ギアは、前記樹脂製ギアの前記斜歯のねじれ角で貫通した通気孔が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のモーターユニット。
- 前記回路制御部と前記樹脂製ギアとの間に開口部を有する仕切り壁を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のモーターユニット。
- 前記回路制御部と前記樹脂製ギアとの間に開口部を有する駆動部カバーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のモーターユニット。
- 前記開口部には前記樹脂製ギアからの通風が前記回路制御部に直接当たらないように遮蔽板が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のモーターユニット。
- 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のモーターユニットを備えたことを特徴とする電動自転車。
