更に詳しくは、弁を開放するにはノズルをグランド22Bの基端区画38の頂部に対して直接に末端指向力を加える。この末端指向力がグランド22Bの基端指向偏倚力を超えるとき、カニューラ24B及びグランド22Bの末端方向への並進移動が始まる。従ってグランド22Bの中央区画40は、例えば図4Aに示す旋回方式で変形を始める。しかしながら、グランド22Bは、例えば、カニューラ壁との接触を保ちながら径方向に膨らませるか、或いは膨張又は旋回を伴わずに圧縮する他の方式で変形できることが期待される。カニューラ穴30は、グランド22Bの末端へ延出するまで閉塞状態に留めねばらないことに留意されたい。
Claims (50)
- 流体流を可能とする開モードと流体流を防止する閉モードとを有する医療用弁であって、
内室を形成するハウジングと、
前記内室内の弁機構であり、内腔を持つ剛な並進部材を有する弁機構とを備え、
前記ハウジングの前記内室が前記並進部材の前記内腔の少なくとも一部分を含み、
前記流路は前記弁が前記開モードにあるときに開モード容積を有し、かつ前記流路は前記弁が前記閉モードにあるときに閉モード容積を有すると共に、前記開モード容積は前記閉モード容積に等しく、前記並進部材の移動は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間を遷移するときに前記流路の何れの部分にも容積変化を生じさせない医療用弁。 - 請求項1の医療用弁であって、前記流路は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で遷移するときに一定に留まる容積を有する医療用弁。
- 請求項1の医療用弁であって、前記流路が少なくとも前記内腔の一部と定常部分とを含み、前記並進部材が前記流路の前記定常部分を通じて延伸する医療用弁。
- 請求項1の医療用弁であって、前記内室は前記流路の外側の収容チャンバも含み、前記並進部材は前記弁が閉モードにあるときに前記収容チャンバへ延出する医療用弁。
- 請求項1の医療用弁であって、前記流路が少なくとも前記内腔の一部と定常部分とを含み、その定常部分は、前記弁がモード間を遷移するときに一定の容積を有する医療用弁。
- 請求項1の医療用弁であって、前記並進部材は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間を遷移するときに定常形状を有する医療用弁。
- 請求項1の医療用弁であって、前記弁は、前記開モードから前記閉モードへ遷移するときに正の押圧も逆流も有さない医療用弁。
- 請求項1の医療用弁であって、前記弁は、前記閉モードから前記開モードへ遷移するときに正の押圧も逆流も有さない医療用弁。
- 請求項1の医療用弁であって、前記並進部材はカニューラを含む医療用弁。
- 請求項1の医療用弁であって、前記弁機構は基端区画を有し、前記ハウジングは末端ポートも有し、前記流路は前記弁機構の前記基端区画から前記末端ポートへ延出する医療用弁。
- 流体流を可能とする開モードと流体流を防止する閉モードとを有する医療用弁であって、
基端ポート及び末端ポートを有する内室を形成するハウジングであり、前記内室が前記基端ポートと前記末端ポートとの間の流路を形成するハウジングと、
内腔を有し、前記内室内を長さ方向に移動自在な並進部材とを備え、前記流路は前記内腔と定常部分とを含み、前記並進部材は前記流路の前記定常部分を境界付け、前記流路は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で遷移する際に一定の容積を保持し、前記弁は更に、
弾性部材を備え、この弾性部材は、通常は前記並進部材を偏倚させて前記弁を閉止させ、且つ前記閉モードの際には前記内腔を封止する医療用弁。 - 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記定常部分は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で遷移するときに前記内室内で定常に留まる医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記内腔は、前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で一定の容積を保持する医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記並進部材の移動は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で遷移するときに前記流路の何れの部分にも容積変化を起さない医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記弾性部材が前記内室内にあり、この弾性部材は前記弁が前記閉モードにあるときに前記内腔を通じる流体流を防止する医療用弁。
- 請求項15の医療用弁であって、前記内腔は長さ方向に離間した少なくとも二つの開口を有し、前記弾性部材は前記弁が前記閉モードにあるときに、前記長さ方向に離間した少なくとも二つの開口を閉塞する医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、弁機構を更に備え、この弁機構は前記並進部材及び前記弾性部材を含み、前記弁機構は前記弁が閉モードにあるときに前記基端ポートと面一にあるか、或いは前記基端ポートから基端方向へ延出する医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記並進部材はチューブを含む医療用弁。
- 請求項18の医療用弁であって、前記チューブは、開口を形成する側壁を有し、その側壁は閉止末端において終端し、前記開口は前記弁が前記閉モードにあるときに閉塞される医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記内室は、前記流路の外側の収容チャンバを有し、前記並進部材は前記弁が前記閉モードにあるときに前記収容チャンバ内で少なくとも部分的に閉塞される医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記流路の前記定常部分は、第1の境界及び第2の境界を有する一部分を有し、前記並進部材は少なくとも第1の境界から第2の境界へ延出する医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記流路の前記定常部分は、少なくとも一つの径方向延出壁を有する医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記弁は、前記開モードから前記閉モードへ遷移するときに正の押圧も逆流も有さない医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記並進部材は、前記閉モードと前記開モードとの両方において前記流路内の前記定常部分を境界付ける医療用弁。
- 請求項11の医療用弁であって、前記流路の定常部分は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記開モードとの間で遷移するときに定常に留まる医療用弁。
- 流体流を可能とする開モードと流体流を防止する閉モードとを有する医療用弁を作成する方法であって、
内室を有するハウジングを形成し、
前記内室内に流路を形成し、この流路には動的部分と、この動的部分に協働して中立逆流を与える定常部分とを含ませ、
前記動的部分に前記定常部分に対して長さ方向に移動可能な特性を与えて、前記弁のモードを変更可能とし、前記動的部分と前記定常部分との各々を、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で遷移するときに定常形状を有するようにし、
前記弁にノズルを挿入し、このノズルは、前記弁に挿入されるにつれて前記動的部分を前記定常部分に対して長手方向へ移動させ、前記弁は、前記閉止モードの際に前記流路の前記動的部分をシールする弾性部材を含む方法。 - 請求項26の方法において、前記動的部分は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で弁が遷移するときに一定の容積を有し、前記定常部分は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で弁が遷移するときに一定の容積を有する方法。
- 請求項26の方法において、前記弁は、前記動的部分が前記定常部分に対して長さ方向に移動するときに、前記弁は、前記閉モードから前記開モードへ遷移するときに正の押圧も逆流も有さない末端ポートを有する方法。
- 請求項26の方法において、前記流路は、前記動的部分が前記定常部分に対して長さ方向に移動するときに一定の容積を有する方法。
- 請求項26の方法において、第1の成分が前記動的部分を形成し、その第1の成分は前記定常部分内の排水量を置換し、その排水量は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で遷移するときに一定に留まる方法。

前記内室は、前記封止部材から延出して前記末端ポートで終端する流路を形成する複数の構成要素を有し、前記封止部材は前記構成要素の少なくとも一つと協働して前記弁を選択的に開放及び閉止し、前記封止部材は、通常は前記並進部材を偏倚させて前記弁を閉止させ、
前記構成要素の各々は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で遷移するときに一定の形状を保持し、
前記末端ポートは前記弁が前記開モードから前記閉モードへ遷移する際に、正の押圧も逆流も有さなさい医療用弁。 - 請求項33の医療用弁において、前記末端ポートは前記弁が前記閉モードから前記開モードへ遷移する際に、正の押圧 も逆流も有さなさい医療用弁。
- 請求項33の医療用弁において、前記要素は、
前記流路の可動部分を形成する第1の要素と、
前記流路の定常部分を形成する第2の要素とを含み、
前記弁が前記開モードから前記閉モードへ移動するにつれて第1の要素が第2の要素に対して移動する医療用弁。 - 請求項35の医療用弁において、前記流路の前記可動部分及び前記定常部分は前記閉モード期間中に流体連通しない医療用弁。
- 請求項33の医療用弁において、前記要素は、内腔を有する並進部材を含み、前記流路は、前記内腔と前記定常部分を含み、前記並進部材は前記開モードと前記閉モードとの両方の期間中に前記流路の前記定常部分を境界付ける医療用弁。
- 請求項33の医療用弁において、前記流路の全体は、前記弁が前記開モードから前記閉モードへ遷移するときに一定の容積を保持する医療用弁。

前記流路は前記弁が前記開モードにあるときに開モード容積を有し、且つ前記流路は前記弁が前記閉モードにあるときに閉モード容積を有し、前記開モード容積は前記閉モード容積に等しく、前記並進部材の移動は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間を遷移するときに前記流路の何れの部分にも容積変化を生じさせない医療用弁。 - 請求項41の医療用弁において、前記並進手段は並進部材を含む医療用弁。
- 請求項41の医療用弁において、前記制御手段は弁機構を含む医療用弁。
- 請求項41の医療用弁において、前記流路は、前記弁が前記開モードと前記閉モードとの間で遷移するにときに一定に留まる容積を有する医療用弁。
