Description
Claims (16)
- 複数の貫通孔(2)と、貫通孔(2)内に挿入可能な少なくとも1つの骨ねじとを有する連結棒(1)を備える骨の固定システムであって、
前記骨ねじを挿入する貫通孔以外の他の貫通孔に対して挿入する少なくとも1つの充填材本体(10)を備え、
前記充填材本体(10)は、貫通孔に挿入可能で、かつ、当該充填材本体(10)を貫通孔に挿入したとき、貫通孔の内壁を押圧し、充填材本体の形状または貫通孔の内壁の形状のいずれか一方を成形し直しながら、充填材本体を貫通孔(2)内に固定される
ことを特徴とする骨の固定システム。 - 前記充填材本体(10)は、外側のねじ山(12)を有し、および前記貫通孔は、充填材本体(1)がその外側のねじ山(12)によって内部へねじ込まれる内側のねじ山(14)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定システム。 - 前記充填材本体(10)は、前記貫通孔(2)内に成形可能な外側のねじ山(12)を有し、および/または貫通孔(2)は、充填材本体内に成形可能な内側のねじ山(14)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固定システム。 - 前記充填材本体(10)および/または前記貫通孔(2)は、高い摩擦係数を有する粗面化または他の接触面を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固定システム。 - 前記充填材本体(10)の形状および寸法は、前記貫通孔(2)の形状および寸法に一致する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固定システム。 - 前記充填材本体(10)は、前記連結棒(1)の材料と実質的に同じ剛性を有する材料から製造される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の固定システム。 - 前記充填材本体(10)は、金属および/またはプラスチックから製造される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の固定システム。 - 前記充填材本体(10)は、チタンまたはチタン合金から製造される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の固定システム。 - 前記連結棒は、プレート(1)である
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の固定システム。 - 前記連結棒は、脊髄用の釘である
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の固定システム。 - 前記連結棒(1)および/または前記骨ねじは、チタン、チタン合金または他の金属から製造される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の固定システム。 - 前記充填材本体(10)は、全体または少なくとも前記連結棒(1)との接触領域が連結棒(1)でより硬い材料で製造され、または少なくとも連結棒(1)の充填材本体(10)との接触領域でより硬い材料で製造され、もしくはその逆の組合で製造される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の固定システム。 - 複数の貫通孔(2)と、貫通孔(2)内に挿入可能な少なくとも1つの骨ねじとを有する連結棒(1)を備える請求項1から12に記載の骨の固定システムのための充填材本体であって、
前記充填材本体は、前記骨ねじを挿入する前記連結棒(1)の貫通孔以外の他の貫通孔に対して挿入され、当該貫通孔の内壁を押圧、充填材本体の形状または貫通孔の内壁の形状のいずれか一方を成形し直しながら貫通孔(2)内に固定される
ことを特徴とする充填材本体。 - 上記貫通孔(2)の内側のねじ山(14)内にねじ込むための外側のねじ山(12)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の充填材本体。 - 前記貫通孔(2)内に成形するための外側のねじ山および/または貫通孔(2)の内側のねじ山(14)を成形するための少なくとも1つの変形可能なクラッディングを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の充填材本体。 - 前記貫通孔(2)に対して過剰寸法を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項13ないし15のいずれかに記載の充填材本体。
