Claims (5)
- 管状ハウジング(11)と、前記ハウジングに対して移動可能な状態で取り付けられ、レバー機構(42)に連結されたスライド(41)とを備える気体状および/または液体状の流体を移送する迅速継手用作動装置において、
前記レバー機構(42)が、前記ハウジング(11)に横方向に取り付けられた少なくとも一つのピボットレバー(43)を備え、前記ピボットレバー(43)の前面は出口側にある回転伝達貫通体のスライドリング(40)を押圧しており、
前記レバー機構(42)は、内側レバー(47)と外側レバー(47’)を具え、
前記内側レバー(47)の底端部と前記外側レバー(47’)の底端部は、結合部である共通ピン(48’)を介してハンドレバー(50)と結合されており、
前記ピボットレバー(43)は前記外側レバー(47’)を介してハンドレバー(50)に接合されており、
前記内側レバー(47)の接触面が、楔面(47a)として前記スライド(41)に接合されたローラ(46)に向けて配置され、
前記ハンドレバー(50)を作動すると、外側レバー(47’)および前記ピボットレバー(43)により前記スライドリング(40)が軸方向に移動し、前記内側レバー(47)の楔面(47a)が前記ローラ(46)を押圧して前記内側レバー(47)が前記ハウジング(11)の側面に設けられた溝である接合リンク(49)に案内され、前記スライド(41)が前記ハウジング(11)の中に設けられた入口バルブ(35)を押圧して開口位置に移動し、前記内側レバー(47)は前記ローラ(46)の上で静止することを特徴とする迅速継手用作動装置。 - 前記ハウジング(11)の両側面に二つのピボットレバー(43)が鏡により反転されたような状態で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速継手用作動装置。
- 前記ハウジングの中に出口バルブ(25)および前記入口バルブ(35)が設けられ、これらのバルブの間に前記スライド(41)によって作動可能な排出バルブ(60)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の迅速継手用作動装置。
- 前記ピボットレバー(43)の前記前面(43’)は、前記スライドリング(40)に力を増大させるための平坦な面から始まる斜面を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の迅速継手用作動装置。
- 前記レバー機構(42)によって前記入口バルブ(35)および前記ハウジングの中に設けられる出口バルブ(25)を前記ハウジング(11)の内部で連続して制御し、これにより前記迅速継手(10)の接合工程は、少なくとも部分的に制御されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の迅速継手用作動装置。
