Claims (6)
- ガラスパネル(4)がローラー(3)上に支持され、対流空気(A)または対流空気(A)と放射熱の両方で上方及び下方から加熱され、前記対流空気が電気抵抗(7,8)及び/または可燃性ガスによって少なくとも600℃まで加熱され、さらに前記対流空気(A)が水平のダクト部またはボックスに設けられたノズルからガラスパネル(4)の上面及び下面に向けて噴射される、加熱された加熱オーブン(1)内でガラスパネル(4)を加熱するための方法において、
前記対流空気(A)の加熱が加熱オーブン内に設けられた蓄熱器(9,10)を用いて行われ、前記対流空気(A)が前記蓄熱器(9,10)から前記水平のダクト部またはボックスに送られ、さらに、加熱サイクルの間、前記蓄熱器(9,10)が前記ガラスパネル(4)の初期段階の加熱に要求される加熱出力よりも実質的に低い加熱出力で加熱されることを特徴とする方法。 - 蓄熱器(9,10)が電気抵抗(7,8)及び/または可燃性ガスを用いて加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 蓄熱器(9,10)が実質的に一定の出力で加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- ガラスパネル(4)を支持するためのローラー(3)と、ガラスパネル(4)を加熱することができる対流噴射手段(5a,5b,11;6a,6b,12)または対流噴射手段(5a,5b,11;6a,6b,12)と熱放射器とを組み合わせたものと、対流空気(A)を少なくとも600℃まで加熱するための電気抵抗(7,8)またはガスバーナーと、ガラスパネル(4)に対流空気を噴射するためのノズルが設けられた水平のダクト部またはボックスとを含む加熱オーブン(1)内でガラスパネル(4)を加熱するための装置において、
加熱オーブン(1)が対流空気(A)を加熱できる蓄熱器(9,10)を備え、前記蓄熱器(9,10)は、対流空気(A)の流れる方向において前記水平のダクト部またはボックスより前の位置に設けられ、さらに前記電気抵抗(7,8)及び/または可燃性ガスによって伝えられる出力がガラスパネル(4)の初期段階の加熱に求められる加熱出力よりも実質的に小さいことを特徴とする装置。 - 蓄熱器(9,10)が電気抵抗(7,8)及び/またはガスバーナーと連通して備え付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の装置。
- 電気抵抗(7,8)及び/または可燃性ガスによって伝えられる出力が実質的に一定であることを特徴とする、請求項4または5記載の装置。
