〔1〕 サウエラ(Thauera)属に属する細菌、ロイコバクター(Leucobacter)属に属する細菌、およびセルビブリオ(Cellvibrio)属に属する細菌からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種類以上の細菌と、βデンプン含有廃液とを接触させることを特徴とするβデンプン含有廃液の処理方法、
〔2〕 〔1〕記載の方法に用いるための装置であって、サウエラ(Thauera)属に属する細菌、ロイコバクター(Leucobacter)属に属する細菌、およびセルビブリオ(Cellvibrio)属に属する細菌からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種類以上の細菌を含有した活性汚泥を含有する処理槽と、該処理槽内でβ−デンプンが分解された廃液を液中膜でろ過する手段とを備えた、βデンプン含有廃液の処理装置、
〔3〕 〔1〕記載のβデンプン含有廃液の処理方法において使用される、マグネシウム化合物、ケイ素化合物および細菌培養の栄養剤を含有してなる、βデンプン含有廃液の処理用添加剤、
〔4〕 サウエラ(Thauera)属に属する細菌、ロイコバクター(Leucobacter)属に属する細菌、およびセルビブリオ(Cellvibrio)属に属する細菌を含有してなる、βデンプン含有廃液処理用の微生物培養物、ならびに

Claims (18)
- サウエラ(Thauera)属に属する細菌、ロイコバクター(Leucobacter)属に属する細菌、およびセルビブリオ(Cellvibrio)属に属する細菌を含む細菌の群と、βデンプン含有廃液とを接触させることを特徴とする、βデンプン含有廃液の処理方法。
- サウエラ属に属する細菌が06AUG17-1(受託番号:FERM P-21199)であり、ロイコバクター属に属する細菌が06APR20-9(受託番号:FERM P-21186)であり、およびセルビブリオ属に属する細菌が06APR20-7(受託番号:FERM P-21185)である、請求項1記載の処理方法。
- 06AUG17-1、06APR20-9及び06APR20-7からなる細菌の群を用いる、請求項2記載の処理方法。
- 06AUG17-1と06APR20-9と06APR20-7との存在比(細胞数比)が1:1:1である、請求項2または3記載の処理方法。
- 細菌の群として該細菌の群を含有する活性汚泥を用いる、請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の処理方法。
- βデンプン含有廃液が、米のとぎ汁、片栗粉およびジャガイモ澱粉からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1つを含有した廃液である、請求項1〜5いずれか記載の処理方法。
- βデンプン含有廃液が生活排水または食品加工工場排水である、請求項1〜6いずれかに記載の処理方法。
- 溶存酸素量(DO)2〜8mg/Lの条件下に行なう、請求項1〜7いずれかに記載の処理方法。
- βデンプン含有廃液の処理用添加剤として、マグネシウム化合物、ケイ素化合物および細菌培養の栄養剤を含有する添加剤を活性汚泥にさらに添加して行なう、請求項5〜8いずれかに記載の処理方法。
- βデンプン含有廃液の原廃液のpHが3.5〜8.5である、請求項1〜9いずれかに記載の処理方法。
- βデンプン含有廃液と活性汚泥との接触を行なう際の、βデンプン含有廃液のpHが6.0〜9.0である、請求項5〜10いずれかに記載の処理方法。
- βデンプン含有廃液と活性汚泥との接触を行なう処理槽内における酸化還元電位(ORP)が−100〜150mVである、請求項5〜11いずれかに記載の処理方法。
- βデンプン含有廃液と活性汚泥との接触を行なう際の、βデンプン含有廃液の温度が10〜60℃である、請求項5〜12いずれかに記載の処理方法。
- βデンプン含有廃液と活性汚泥との接触後に、さらに液中膜で該廃液をろ過する、請求項5〜13いずれかに記載の処理方法。
- 請求項1〜14いずれかに記載の方法に用いるための装置であって、サウエラ(Thauera)属に属する細菌、ロイコバクター(Leucobacter)属に属する細菌、およびセルビブリオ(Cellvibrio)属に属する細菌を含む細菌の群を含有した活性汚泥を含有する処理槽と、該処理槽内でβデンプンが分解された廃液を液中膜でろ過する手段とを備えた、βデンプン含有廃液の処理装置。
- 請求項1〜14いずれかに記載のβデンプン含有廃液の処理方法において使用される、マグネシウム化合物、ケイ素化合物および細菌培養の栄養剤を含有してなる、βデンプン含有廃液の処理用添加剤。
- サウエラ(Thauera)属に属する細菌、ロイコバクター(Leucobacter)属に属する細菌、およびセルビブリオ(Cellvibrio)属に属する細菌を含む細菌の群を含有してなる、βデンプン含有廃液処理用の微生物培養物。
- サウエラ(Thauera)属に属する細菌、ロイコバクター(Leucobacter)属に属する細菌、およびセルビブリオ(Cellvibrio)属に属する細菌を含む細菌の群であって、βデンプン含有廃液を分解する性質を有する細菌の群。
