Claims (2)
- 所定量のオイルが充填されて吐出圧状態を維持するケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの内部空間に固定設置されて駆動力を発生するモータと、
前記ケーシングの内部空間に固定設置され、上下両側が開口し、半径方向にベーンスロットが形成される少なくとも1つのシリンダと、
前記シリンダの上下両側に結合され、前記シリンダに圧縮空間を形成させるベアリングプレートと、
前記シリンダの圧縮空間で旋回運動するローリングピストンと、
前記ローリングピストンに接して直線運動するように、前記シリンダのベーンスロットにスライド挿入され、その後方側が前記ケーシングの内部空間に連通するベーンと、
前記ベーンに加えられる圧力差に応じて、前記ベーンを前記ローリングピストンから離隔させて拘束するか、又は前記ベーンを解除して前記ローリングピストンに接するようにするベーン拘束ユニットとを含み、
前記ベアリングプレートには、前記ベーンスロットに一端が連通するようにベーン拘束流路が形成され、
前記ベーン拘束流路の他端には、共用側連結管が連結され、
前記共用側連結管は、前記ケーシングの内部空間に連通する吐出圧側連結管、前記シリンダに冷媒を供給するためのガス吸入管に連通する吸入圧側連結管、及び前記シリンダの吸入側に連通するシリンダ側連結管と共に、圧力切替バルブに連結設置され、前記圧力切替バルブにより、前記シリンダの吸入側に吸入圧が供給される場合は前記ベーン拘束流路に吐出圧が供給され、前記シリンダの吸入側に吐出圧が供給される場合は前記ベーン拘束流路に吸入圧が供給されることにより、前記ベーンを拘束又は解除することを特徴とする、容量可変型ロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記吐出圧側連結管は、前記ケーシングの内部空間に充填されたオイルの油面より高い位置に連通するように設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の容量可変型ロータリ圧縮機。
