基板上に形成された第1電極層の上方にカルコパイライト化合物のプリカーサ層を設ける前又は後に、Ia族元素を含むアルカリ層を設ける工程と、
前記アルカリ層に含まれる前記Ia族元素の定量を行う工程と、
を有し、
前記定量は、前記アルカリ層の所定部位を閉塞部材で覆い、且つ前記閉塞部材に設けられた導電率測定手段によって該閉塞部材内の水溶液の導電率を測定し、該導電率に基づいて前記水溶液中のIa族元素の濃度を求めることで行うことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- カルコパイライト型太陽電池の半製品に含まれるアルカリ層中のIa族元素を定量するIa族元素測定方法であって、
基板上に形成された第1電極層の上方にカルコパイライト化合物のプリカーサ層を設ける前又は後に、Ia族元素を含むアルカリ層を設ける工程と、
前記アルカリ層に含まれる前記Ia族元素の定量を行う工程と、
を有し、
前記定量は、前記アルカリ層の所定部位を閉塞部材で覆い、且つ前記閉塞部材に設けられた導電率測定手段によって該閉塞部材内の水溶液の導電率を測定し、該導電率に基づいて前記水溶液中のIa族元素の濃度を求めることで行うことを特徴とするIa族元素測定方法。 - 請求項1記載の測定方法において、前記閉塞部材に設けられた撹拌手段で該閉塞部材に収容された水を撹拌しながら、前記Ia族元素を前記水に溶解させることを特徴とするIa族元素測定方法。
