Description
前記極板群の一方の端面に接合された正極集電板と、前記極板群の他方の端面に接合された負極集電板と、前記巻芯に負極の集電板とともに接続部材にて固定された負極端子と、極板群を収納する、横断面形状が扁平な長方形、若しくは隅丸長方形ないし長円形の角筒状のアルミニウム外装ケースと、前記外装ケースの開口を封口しかつ前記負極端子を絶縁部材を介して貫通させて固定する蓋体と、極板群内部に含浸された電解液とを備えた二次電池であって、前記巻芯の端部に突出部を形成し、集電板に前記突出部を挿通する開口を形成し、前記負極端子の基端部には接続板部が形成され、前記接続板部に接続部材を貫通させる複数の穴が設けられ、前記突出部には前記接続部材を貫通させる穴が前記負極端子の複数の穴に対応して設けられ、前記負極集電体には、立ち上げ片が形成され、前記立ち上げ片にも前記接続部材を貫通させる穴が前記負極端子の穴及び前記突出部の穴に対応して設けられ、前記突出部に形成された凹部に、重ねられた前記立ち上げ片と前記接続板部の一部が対向配置するように挿入され、前記突出部と前記接続板部と前記立ち上げ片とが、それぞれの穴を貫通した前記接続部材にて、かしめ固定され、相互に接続されているものである。

Claims (2)
- 正極板と負極板をセパレータを介して対向させ、巻芯を軸として巻回して成り、幅方向の一方の端面に正極板の合剤層が塗布されていない芯材が露出し、幅方向の他方の端面に負極板の合剤層が塗布されていない芯材が露出している極板群と、前記極板群の一方の端面に接合された正極集電板と、前記極板群の他方の端面に接合された負極集電板と、前記巻芯に負極の集電板とともに接続部材にて固定された負極端子と、極板群を収納する、横断面形状が扁平な長方形、若しくは隅丸長方形ないし長円形の角筒状のアルミニウム外装ケースと、前記外装ケースの開口を封口しかつ前記負極端子を絶縁部材を介して貫通させて固定する蓋体と、極板群内部に含浸された電解液とを備えた二次電池であって、
前記巻芯の端部に突出部を形成し、集電板に前記突出部を挿通する開口を形成し、前記負極端子の基端部には接続板部が形成され、前記接続板部に接続部材を貫通させる複数の穴が設けられ、前記突出部には前記接続部材を貫通させる穴が前記負極端子の複数の穴に対応して設けられ、前記負極集電体には、立ち上げ片が形成され、前記立ち上げ片にも前記接続部材を貫通させる穴が前記負極端子の穴及び前記突出部の穴に対応して設けられ、前記突出部に形成された凹部に、重ねられた前記立ち上げ片と前記接続板部の一部が対向配置するように挿入され、前記突出部と前記接続板部と前記立ち上げ片とが、それぞれの穴を貫通した前記接続部材にて、かしめ固定され、相互に接続されていることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 外装ケースは両端開口の筒状で、その両端を蓋体にて封口したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
