Description
図2に示すように、固定子コア6の12個の歯部2に対して、便宜的に1から12の番号を時計回りに付す。この番号は、12個のいずれの歯部2を番号1としてもよく、番号1の歯部2(第1の歯部)から、時計回り又は反時計回りのいずれの方向へ番号2の歯部2(第2の歯部)、番号3の歯部2(第3の歯部)、・・・、番号12の歯部2(第12の歯部)と付してもよいが、時計回り又は反時計回り方向の隣の歯部2に、すなわち歯部2を飛び越えることなく順番に番号を昇順に付すものとする。本実施形態では、図に示すように、時計回りに番号を昇順に付している。
実施例として、上記実施形態と同様のバリアブルリラクタンス型角度検出器1を作製し、3Xの回転子5のいずれか一つの凸部が番号2の歯部2に対抗する位置として、励磁コイル7に電圧10V(O−P)を入力した場合のSIN出力巻線8を巻回した番号2,4,6,8,10,12の各歯部2におけるコイルの発生電圧V(O−P)を測定した。
また、比較例として、励磁巻線7を、番号1から番号12の各歯部2に、極性が順次異なるように巻回し、SIN出力巻線8及びCOS出力巻線9は、上記実施形態と同様に巻回したバリアブルリラクタンス型角度検出器を作製し、3Xの回転子5のいずれか一つの凸部が番号2の歯部2に対抗する位置として、励磁コイル7に電圧10V(O−P)を入力した場合のSIN出力巻線8を巻回した番号2,4,6,8,10,12の各歯部2におけるコイルの発生電圧V(O−P)を測定した。
これらの結果を表1に示す。

Claims (1)
- ギャップパーミアンスが角度θに対して正弦波状に変化する形状の1Xまたは3Xの回転子が、歯部に励磁巻線と出力巻線とが巻回された固定子に対して回転自在に設けられてなるバリアブルリラクタンス型角度検出器であって、
上記固定子は、第1の歯部から第12の歯部が円周方向に順次配設され、
励磁巻線が、第1の歯部、第2の歯部、第3の歯部、第7の歯部、第8の歯部、及び第9の歯部の各歯部に同一の極性となるように集中巻きされ、且つ、第4の歯部、第5の歯部、第6の歯部、第10の歯部、第11の歯部、及び第12の歯部の各歯部に上記極性と逆極性となるように集中巻きされ、
第1の出力巻線が、主として、第2の歯部、第4の歯部、及び第12の歯部の各歯部において同一の極性であって、第6の歯部、第8の歯部、及び第10の歯部の各歯部において異なる極性となるように順次集中巻きされ、
第2の出力巻線が、主として、第3の歯部、第5の歯部、及び第7の歯部の各歯部において同一の極性であって、第9の歯部、第11の歯部、及び第1の歯部の各歯部に異なる極性となるように順次集中巻きされたものであるバリアブルリラクタンス型角度検出器。
