Claims (7)
- 金型に用いる中子であって、一の端部の断面が広がる貫通孔が形成され、前記貫通孔と平行に、前記貫通孔の他の端部の側に凹部が形成された中子と;
前記貫通孔の広がった断面に挿入するヘッドを一端に有し、前記貫通孔を貫通する抑えピンと;
一端が前記凹部に挿入するエジェクターピンとを備え;
前記抑えピンと前記エジェクターピンとは長手方向に相対的な動きが拘束された;
中子組立体。 - 前記中子が円柱形状であり、前記貫通孔が円柱の直径方向に形成され、前記凹部が前記貫通孔とは円柱軸の方向に離間した位置に形成された;
請求項1に記載の中子組立体。 - 前記貫通孔が前記中子の重心を貫通する位置に形成され;
前記凹部が前記貫通孔を中心に対称の位置に2つ形成され、それぞれの凹部に前記エジェクターピンが挿入された;
請求項1または請求項2に記載の中子組立体。 - 前記中子が、一列に配列される多数個の転動体間に介装される介装部を、可撓性を有する連結部で連結してなる転動体連結体用連結ベルトの成形に用いる転動体用中子である;
請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の中子組立体。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の中子組立体と;
前記中子を内包し、前記抑えピンと前記エジェクターピンとが貫通する金型と;
前記中子組立体を、前記エジェクターピンの軸方向に移動する移動装置とを備える;
射出成形装置。 - 請求項5に記載の射出成形装置において、前記中子を前記金型に密着させる工程と;
前記金型に、熱可塑性樹脂を射出する工程と;
前記中子を前記金型から離間する位置に移動する工程と;
前記射出された熱可塑性樹脂を、前記中子から取り外す工程とを備える;
転動体連結体用連結ベルトの製造方法。 - 前記金型に、予め延伸した熱可塑性樹脂の繊維状物を配設する工程とをさらに備える;
請求項6に記載の転動体連結体用連結ベルトの製造方法。
