上記刃および関連する作動システムは全て、上記繊維よりも上記貼付ローラー側に配置されており、上記刃が上記貼付ローラーの方向に接近する繊維の表面に対向するように配置されていることを特徴とする。
Claims (11)
- 変位システムの端部に取付けて、多数の繊維から形成される幅広のストリップを表面に貼付けるための繊維貼付ヘッドであって、
−ストリップの状態の繊維を貼付けるための貼付ローラーと、
−上記貼付ローラーに繊維を案内するための案内手段と、
−作動システムによって定位置および切断動作位置の間にて作動される刃を備え、上記貼付ローラーの上流側の繊維を切断することが可能な切断手段とを有する繊維貼付ヘッドにおいて、
上記刃(41)および関連する作動システム(40)は全て、上記繊維(F1、F2)に対して上記貼付ローラー(R)側に配置されており、上記刃が上記貼付ローラーの方向に接近する繊維の表面に対向するように配置され、上記案内手段は、第1の案内手段および第2の案内手段(C1、C2)を備え、上記第1の案内手段および上記第2の案内手段(C1、C2)は、繊維(F1、F2)を2つの繊維層の状態にて上記貼付ローラー(R)の方向に案内するために上流側から下流側にかけて互いに接近し合う2つの案内面(P1、P2)に沿って互い違いの列に配置されており、
上記切断手段は、第1の切断手段(4A)と第2の切断手段(4B)とを有し、上記第1の切断手段(4A)の各刃(41)は、上記第1の案内手段によって案内された第1の層の各繊維を切断することが可能であり、上記第2の切断手段(4B)の刃は、上記第1の案内手段(C1)間を通過しながら、上記第2の案内手段によって案内された第2の層の各繊維を切断することが可能であり、
上記第1の切断手段(4A)の刃(41)および上記第2の切断手段(4B)の刃は、上記2つの案内面(P1、P2)の間の角度とほぼ同じ角度にて一方が他方に対して傾いた2つの面に沿って、互い違いの列に配置されており、上記第2の切断手段は、上記貼付ローラー(R)を基準として、上記第1の切断手段の上方に配置されていることを特徴とする繊維貼付ヘッド。 - 上記案内手段は、第1の通路(C1)および第2の通路(C2)を有し、上記第1の通路は、第1の外側プレート(31)と中央プレート(32)との間の組立接合面に形成され、上記第2の通路(C2)は、上記中央プレート(32)と第2の外側プレート(33)との間の組立接合面に形成されており、上記第1の切断手段の刃は、上記第1の外側プレートを貫通し、上記第2の切断手段の刃は、上記第1の外側プレートおよび上記中央プレートを貫通することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。
- 上記切断手段は、上記刃(41)の刃先(411)に対向すると共に上記案内通路(C1、C2)に直角に配置されたカウンターツール(47a、47b)を有し、上記刃は、上記カウンターツール(47a、47b)に接触して、切断位置において停止し、上記第1の切断手段のカウンターツールは、上記中央プレート(32)内のハウジングに収容されたエラストマー材料から成る棒によって形成されており、上記第2の切断手段のカウンターツールは、上記第2の外側プレート(33)内のハウジングに収容されたエラストマー材料から成る棒によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。
- 上記切断手段(4A、4B)の上流側に配置された繊維再ルーティング手段(5A,5B)をさらに有し、上記再ルーティング手段は、上記繊維を少なくとも1つの駆動ローラー(51a、51b)で平らにするように、作動システム(54)によって定位置および動作位置の間にて作動されるキックローラー(52)を備え、上記キックローラーおよび各上記キックローラーに関連する作動システムは、上記繊維よりも上記貼付ローラー(R)側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。
- 上記再ルーティング手段は、
−上記第1の案内通路(C1)に対して直角且つ接線方向にて、上記中央プレート(32)上に取付けられた第1の駆動ローラー(51a)と、上記第1の駆動ローラーで上記第1の層の各繊維を平らにするように、作動システム(54)によって定位置および動作位置の間にて作動されるキックローラー(52)とを備える第1の再ルーティング手段(5A)と、
−上記第1の再ルーティング手段の上流側に配置され、上記第2の案内通路(C2)に対して直角且つ接線方向にて、上記第2の外側プレート(53)上に取付けられた第2の駆動ローラー(51b)と、上記第2の駆動ローラーで上記第2の層の各繊維を平らにするように、上記第1の層の繊維間を延びる作動システムによって定位置および動作位置の間にて作動されるキックローラーとを備える第2の再ルーティング手段(5B)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の繊維貼付ヘッドと組み合わせた、請求項4に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。 - 上記繊維貼付ヘッドを変位システム(S)に連結させるための支持デッキ(10)を有し、上記切断手段(4A、4B)、上記案内手段(3)、および上記貼付ローラー(R)は、モジュール(2)を形成し、上記モジュールは、上記支持デッキに取付けられた少なくとも1つの圧縮ジャッキ(81)のロッド(81a)の端部に、急動作用ロッキング手段(25)によって連結可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。
- 上記第2の外側プレート(33)を冷却し、伝導によって、全ての案内プレート(31、32、33)を冷却することが可能な冷却手段(73)を備える温度調整システム(7)をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。
- 上記切断手段は、刃毎に1つのジャッキ型作動システムを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。
- 上記貼付ローラー側において、上記切断手段の上流側に配置された制止手段をさらに有し、上記制止手段は、切断されたばかりの繊維を制止することが可能であると共に、作動システムによって定位置および制止動作位置の間にて作動される制止スタッド(43)を備え、上記制止スタッドおよび上記刃(41)は、共通の作動システムによって、上記制止スタッドおよび上記刃(41)の定位置および動作位置の間にて作動され、上記作動システムは、切断および制止される繊維毎に刃および制止スタッドを移動させて、上記繊維を切断および制止することが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。
- 上記作動システムは、繊維毎に1つのジャッキ(40)を含み、上記ジャッキ(40)は、当該ジャッキ(40)のロッド(42)の端部において、各繊維を切断および制止するための制止スタッド(43)および平刃(41)を支えていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。
- 上記制止手段は、上記制止スタッド(43)の支持面(431)に対向して配置された制止カウンターツールを有しており、上記制止スタッドは、上記制止カウンターツールに接触して、制止動作位置において停止し、上記カウンターツールは、上記案内通路(C1、C2)に対して直角に、上記中央プレート(32)内のハウジングと上記第2の外側プレート(33)のハウジングとにそれぞれ収容された2つの剛性の棒(48a、48b)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれか1項に記載の繊維貼付ヘッドと組み合わせた、請求項10に記載の繊維貼付ヘッド。
