Abstract

La présente invention concerne notamment un procédé de réalisation de préformes comprenant l'application d'un liant sur au moins une fibre (9) sèche continue, chaque fibre étant formée à partir d'au moins deux fibres initiales distinctes, et le drapage de ladite fibre munie de liant au moyen d'une tête de drapage pour former une préforme. L'application de liant est réalisée au moyen d'une buse de fibérisation (50) comprenant un orifice de décharge (53) alimenté en liant liquide ou pâteux, et un ou plusieurs orifices d'injection (57) alimentés en gaz sous pression, de sorte que ladite buse soit apte à délivrer le liant sous la forme d'un filament en spirale (92), les spires de filament se déposant sur la fibre défilant en vis-à-vis d'une buse pour obtenir une fibre munie de filaments (93) de liant, lesdits filaments de liant assurant une liaison entre les fibres initiales.
