Claims (5)
- 鉱酸を使用して金属の表面処理を行う酸洗工程を含む金属表面処理設備から排出されるホウ素含有廃水をホウ素吸着材に接触させ、該ホウ素吸着材に前記廃水中のホウ素を吸着させるとともにホウ素が除去された廃水を排出するホウ素吸着工程と、該ホウ素吸着工程でホウ素を吸着したホウ素吸着材を鉱酸に接触させてホウ素吸着材からホウ素を溶離させることによりホウ素吸着材を再生するホウ素吸着材再生工程とを有し、該ホウ素吸着材再生工程で溶離したホウ素を含むホウ素含有鉱酸を前記酸洗工程で金属の表面処理を行う前記鉱酸として使用することを特徴とする金属表面処理方法。
- 鉱酸を使用して金属の表面処理を行う酸洗工程を含む金属表面処理設備から排出されるホウ素含有廃水をホウ素吸着材に接触させ、該ホウ素吸着材に前記廃水中のホウ素を吸着させるとともにホウ素が除去された廃水を排出するホウ素吸着工程と、該ホウ素吸着工程でホウ素を吸着したホウ素吸着材を鉱酸に接触させてホウ素吸着材からホウ素を溶離させることによりホウ素吸着材を再生するホウ素吸着材再生工程と、該ホウ素吸着材再生工程で溶離したホウ素を含むホウ素含有鉱酸を金属の表面処理に使用する酸洗工程と、該酸洗工程で金属が溶解することにより生成した金属鉱酸塩及び前記ホウ素を含む鉱酸廃液中の前記金属鉱酸塩及びホウ素を固形化して分離する固形化工程とを有し、該固形化工程で金属鉱酸塩及びホウ素を分離した後の鉱酸廃液を前記酸洗工程で金属の表面処理を行う前記鉱酸として使用することを特徴とする金属表面処理方法。
- ホウ素含有廃水をホウ素吸着材に接触させ、該ホウ素吸着材に前記廃水中のホウ素を吸着させるとともにホウ素が除去された廃水を排出するホウ素吸着工程と、該ホウ素吸着工程でホウ素を吸着したホウ素吸着材を鉱酸に接触させてホウ素吸着材からホウ素を溶離させることによりホウ素吸着材を再生するホウ素吸着材再生工程と、該ホウ素吸着材再生工程で溶離したホウ素を含むホウ素含有鉱酸を金属の表面処理に使用する酸洗工程と、該酸洗工程で金属が溶解することにより生成した金属鉱酸塩及び前記ホウ素を含む鉱酸廃液中の前記金属鉱酸塩及びホウ素を固形化して分離する固形化工程とを含むことを特徴とするホウ素の除去方法。
- 前記固形化工程は、蒸発濃縮及び冷却晶析の少なくともいずれか一方で行うことを特徴とする請求項3記載のホウ素の除去方法。
- 前記固形化工程は、濃縮倍率を10倍以下とした蒸発濃縮で行うことを特徴とする請求項3記載のホウ素の除去方法。
