Claims (1)
- 熱可塑性合成樹脂と発泡剤を押出機に投入して発泡パリソンを押し出し、前記発泡パリソンを成形型に収納し前記発泡パリソンに気体を吹き込んでブロー成形を行う発泡ブローダクトの製造方法において、
前記熱可塑性合成樹脂及び増粘剤と共に前記発泡剤を前記押出機に投入し、前記押出機内で前記熱可塑性合成樹脂及び前記増粘剤に前記発泡剤を混練するに際し、
前記熱可塑性合成樹脂は、熱可塑性合成樹脂100重量部中、HDPEが50〜90重量部、残りがLLDPEとし、
前記増粘剤は、前記熱可塑性合成樹脂100重量部に対して1〜5重量部とし、
前記熱可塑性合成樹脂と前記増粘剤は、両者を混練した場合のメルトテンションが、190℃において105mN〜240mNであることを特徴とする発泡ブローダクトの製造方法。
