Description

舌に位置する一次結合要素と、
舌がソケットと係合されるときに非接触の電磁結合を提供する、少なくともソケット壁の一つに位置する二次結合要素と、を有する。
DCチョッピング周波数の変調、例えば200kHzを超えての10%の周波数変調は20kHzの送信データリンクを備え、これは磁気回路の設計に殆ど影響を持たない。
Claims (20)
- 二部電気コネクタであって、
基部(42)及びそこから長手方向に延在する舌(46)を有する、舌部分(40)である第一の部分と、
基部(4)及びそこから延在し前記舌(46)をスライド可能に受けるソケットを画定する壁(6)を有する、ソケット部分(2)である第二の部分であって、前記舌(46)をガイドするためのガイド経路を画定する、前記ソケットの壁(6)内に位置する二つの調節板(34)を含み、前記調節板(34)が前記ソケットの端部の口から前記ソケット部分の基部(4)へと長手方向に延在し、該延在終点と前記基部(4)との間に、前記第1の部分を前記舌(46)を前記ガイド経路に沿って前記基部(4)に向けて前記第2の部分に進入させる際、前記舌(46)によって前記ガイド経路内へ押込まれた汚れや屑を除去する隙間(35)が形成されるとともに、前記舌部分(40)及びソケット部分(2)が解除可能な互いの係合を可能にし、前記舌(46)が前記ソケット内に保持される第一の位置と、前記舌を前記ソケットから取り外すことができる第二の位置との間を移動できるロック部材(14、56)を含むロック手段を有するソケット部分である第二の部分と、
前記第1の部分の前記舌(46)に位置する部分に設けられる一次結合要素(48)と、
前記第2の部分の前記ソケット壁(6)の少なくとも1つに位置する部分に設けられ、前記第1の部分が前記第一の位置まで進入して前記第2の部分と係合されるときに、前記一次結合要素(48)との非接触の電磁結合を提供する二次結合素要素(26)と
を有する電気コネクタ。 - 使用の際に前記一次及び二次結合要素の重なりが、電磁結合を維持すると同時に前記ソケット内で前記舌の横方向及び/又は長手方向の動きを可能にするように、前記一次結合要素が前記舌の外面近傍で長手方向に延在し、前記二次結合要素が前記ソケット壁の対応する内面近傍で長手方向に延在する
請求項1に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 前記一次及び二次結合要素がそれぞれ一次及び二次誘導子であり、各々が強磁性コアの周りに巻かれた導電コイルを含む
請求項1あるいは2に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 二次導電コイルがソケット基部に位置し、前記舌が前記ソケットと係合されるときに前記一次誘導子が二つのアームの間に位置するように、二次誘導子コアが前記ソケット壁へと延在する二つの延長アームを有する
請求項3に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 一次誘導子コイルが舌の後部に位置し、前記舌が前記ソケットと係合されるときに一次誘導子アームが二次誘導子アームの間に位置し、二次誘導子アームと重なるように、一次誘導子コアが舌の前方部分に延在する二つの延長アームを有する
請求項4に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 前記延長アームの少なくとも一つが、その他の部分のコアと電磁的通信をすると同時に、その他の部分のコアに対し延長アームの独立した動きを可能にするために、その他の部分のコアから離れている
請求項4あるいは5に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 前記一次及び二次コアがフェライト材から作製される
請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 前記一次コア及び前記二次コアが弾性マトリックス内に分散したフェライト粒子から作製される
請求項7に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 前記舌が前記ソケットと係合されるときに容量性結合を可能にするためコンデンサ構造が形成されるように、前記一次及び前記二次要素のそれぞれが2分の1のコンデンサ構造である
請求項1あるいは2に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 前記舌が前記ソケットと係合されるときに一次コンデンサ板と二次コンデンサ板との重なりがあるように、前記一次及び二次結合要素のそれぞれがコンデンサ板である
請求項9に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 前記ロック手段が弾性ラッチ及び、前記ラッチと協働する戻り止めを含む
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 前記弾性ラッチが前記舌に位置し、前記戻り止めが対応するソケット壁に位置する
請求項11に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 前記舌部分が、前記舌のいずれの側からも横方向に隔てられ、いずれの側にも位置する二つの弾性ラッチを有し、前記ソケット部分が対応するソケット壁に位置する二つの戻り止めを有する
請求項12に記載の二部電気コネクタ。 - 電気機器の間に電気信号を伝送する装置であって、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の二部電気コネクタ、及び前記コネクタの少なくとも一つの部分に接続された帯紐を含み、前記帯紐が前記コネクタ内の結合要素に電気的に接続された電線を含む装置。 - 基部及びそこから長手方向に延在する舌と、前記舌内部に位置する電磁結合要素と、前記舌をソケット内で解除可能に保持するための、ソケット部分のロック手段と協働するロック手段とを含む、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の二部電気コネクタで使用するための舌部分。 - 基部及びそこから長手方向に延在し、舌をスライド可能に受けるソケットを画定するソケット壁と、前記ソケット壁の少なくとも一つの中に位置する電磁結合要素と、前記舌を前記ソケット内で解除可能に保持するための、舌部のロック手段と協働するロック手段とを含む、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の二部電気コネクタで使用するためのソケット部分。 - 電気信号を電気機器間で伝送するための、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の二部電気コネクタの使用。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の二部電気コネクタ内の、前記一次及び二次結合要素の一つ又は双方における電流特性の変調方法であって、前記方法が前記コネクタの係合状態の検出と、検出された状態に応じた前記電流特性の調整とを含む方法。
- 前記二部コネクタが接続されているか、又は切り離されているときに前記係合状態がインピーダンスの変化の検出によって検出される
請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記二部コネクタが接続されているか、又は切り離されているときに前記係合状態が電流と電圧間の位相変化の検出によって検出される
