Claims (1)
- 金属材で構成された管体の中心線方向一端部に、該中心線へ向かって延出する環状の延出部を、上記管体の側面視で該管体の本体部分とのなす角度が100゜以下となるように成形する際に用いる管体の成形方法であって、
中心線方向一端側が該中心線方向に延びるとともに該一端部が開口した管体を用意し、該管体の中心線方向一端部から他端側へ上記延出部の延出長さよりも短い所定長さの範囲に亘って設定した第1領域と、該第1領域から他端側へ上記延出部の延出長さの範囲に亘って設定した第2領域とのうち少なくとも第2領域をスピニング加工法を用いて第1の所定折り曲げ量だけ折り曲げることにより、上記第1領域及び第2領域を上記管体の中心線に接近させる第1折り曲げ工程と、
上記第1折り曲げ工程の後、上記第1領域を上記第2領域から切除する切除工程と、
上記切除工程の後、上記第2領域をスピニング加工法を用いて上記管体の内方へ向けて、上記第1の所定折り曲げ量よりも小さい第2の所定折り曲げ量だけ折り曲げることにより該第2領域を上記延出部とする第2折り曲げ工程とを備えていることを特徴とする管体の成形方法。
