Claims (27)
- 分岐体内装置のための配送システム(10)において、
内部管状部材(430)、近位部分(13)と遠位部分(14)を有する細長いシャフト(12)を備え、
上記遠位部分(14)が、
分岐体内装置の少なくとも一部分の内部に配置されるよう位置決めされた、細長い一次ベルト支持部材(452)と、
分岐体内装置を少なくとも部分的に抑圧するために、分岐体内装置の自己拡張部材(407)の周囲に配置される形で構成された、一次ベルト支持部材(452)へ固定されている、少なくとも1つの一次ベルト(23)と、
抑圧構成において、一次ベルト(23)に係合すると共に解放可能に一次ベルト(23)を固定するよう構成された一次解放部材(24)と、
細長いシャフト(12)の内部管状部材(430)の外面を同軸に囲むチューブ(802、806、820)を含むと共に、グラフト部品による破損から脚グラフト材料(401)を保護するように、分岐体内装置の脚(404)と自己拡張部材(407)の回りを遠位側に延在するように構成された脚スリーブ(800)とを備えている配送システム。 - 一次ベルト支持部材(452)が細長い管状部材で、分岐体内装置が抑圧状態の分岐エンドバスキュラーグラフトである、請求項1の配送システム。
- 一次ベルト(23)が、第1終端(55)と第2終端(56)を有するワイヤ(81)長を含んでおり、前記第1および第2ワイヤ終端が、一次ベルト支持部材(452)へ固定されている、請求項1の配送システム。
- 一次ベルト(23)が、第1および第2対向終端を有し、第1対向終端が第2対向終端とは異なる断面積を有する、請求項1の配送システム。
- 第1および第2対向終端が、それぞれ、終端ループ(83)を形成している、請求項4の配送システム。
- ワイヤが、ニッケルチタニウムを含んでいる、請求項3の配送システム。
- 一次解放部材(24)が、一次ベルト(23)の対向ループ終端(83)内部に、可動な形で配置された解放ワイヤを含んでいる、請求項1の配送システム。
- 抑圧構成の一次ベルト(23)が、細長いシャフト(12)の縦軸と実質的に直交する平面を形成している、請求項1の配送システム。
- 少なくとも2つのベルト(23)が、単一解放部材(24)により解放可能な形で構成されている、請求項1の配送システム。
- 複数の一次解放部材(24)を含み、少なくとも2つの一次解放部材(24)の近位端(87)がカラーコード化されている、請求項1の配送システム。
- 複数の一次解放部材(24)を含み、一次解放部材(24)の近位端(87)が、複数のベルト(23)に所望される展開順序に対応した配送システム(10)の近位端において、直線的で空間的な構成となっている、請求項1の配送システム。
- 複数の一次解放部材(24)が、ネスト状構成で配置された、遠位一次解放ワイヤハンドル(84)および近位一次解放ワイヤハンドル(93)を含んでいる、請求項11の配送システム。
- 一次解放部材(24)が分岐解放ワイヤを含んでいる、請求項1の配送システム。
- 分岐グラフトのための配送システム(10)において、
内部管状部材(430)、近位部分(13)と遠位部分(14)を有する細長いシャフト(12)を備え、
上記遠位部分(14)は、
メインボディ部分(402)、同側脚(404)、および対側脚(405)を有する分岐グラフト(401)をその上に配置した部分と、
分岐グラフト(401)のメインボディ部分(402)と脚(404、405)の内部に配置された、細長い一次ベルト支持部材(452)と、
一次ベルト支持部材(452)へ固定され、さらに、分岐グラフト(401)の自己拡張部材(407)の周囲に配置され、分岐グラフト(401)の少なくとも一部を抑圧する、少なくとも1つの一次ベルト(23)と、
抑圧構成において、一次ベルト(23)を解放可能な形で固定する一次解放部材(24)と、
細長いシャフト(12)の内部管状部材(430)の外面を同軸に囲むチューブ(802、806、820)を含むと共に、グラフト部品による破損から脚グラフト材料(401)を保護するように、分岐体内装置の脚(404)と自己拡張部材(407)の回りを遠位側に延在するように構成された脚スリーブ(800)とを備えている配送システム。 - 対側脚(405)の近位端(417)へ固定された第1近位自己拡張部材(408)と、同側脚(404)の近位端(416)へ固定された第2近位自己拡張部材(407)を追加的に含み、ここで、脚(404、405)が異なる長さを有し、さらに、グラフト(401)が配送システム(10)内部で抑圧状態にあるときに、第1および第2近位自己拡張部材(408、407)が、互いに軸方向にオフセットされる、請求項14の配送システム。
- 対側脚(405)の近位端(417)へ固定された第1近位自己拡張部材(408)と、同側脚(404)の近位端(416)へ固定された第2近位自己拡張部材(407)を追加的に含み、ここで、脚(404、405)が実質的に同じ長さを有し、さらに、グラフト(401)が配送システム(10)内部で抑圧状態にあるときに、第1および第2近位自己拡張部材(408、407)が、互いに軸方向にオフセットされる形で、脚(404、405)のうちの1つが軸方向に圧縮されるか、または折り畳まれる、請求項14の配送システム。
- 一次ベルト(23)が、分岐グラフト(401)のメインボディ部分(402)の遠位端(412)に配置された、遠位自己拡張部材(411、422)を抑圧する、請求項14の配送システム。
- 遠位自己拡張部材(411、422)が管状ステントである、請求項17の配送システム。
- ステントが、一次ベルト(23)の少なくとも一部分を受ける周辺溝(95)を含んでいる、請求項18の配送システム。
- 一次ベルト(23)が、第1終端と第2終端を有する少なくとも1つのワイヤ長を含むと共に、ループ(83)に形成され、前記第1および第2終端が、一次ベルト支持部材(452)へ固定されている、請求項14の配送システム。
- 一次ベルト(23)が、異なる直径を有する対向終端ループ(83)を持つ、少なくとも1つのワイヤ長を含んでいる、請求項14の配送システム。
