Description
非有機物層12上に形成されたコーティング層13の材料は、オキサイド系の窒化アルミチタン(TiAlN)であり、スパッタリング工程またはe−ビーム方式によって形成される。このコーティング層13が全体構造上部に形成されることで非有機物層12、有機物層11及び素子の構成要素Eは外部環境と完全に隔離される。
一方、素子100の作動のためには電源が印加され、電源によって導電性材料からなる構成要素Eに静電気が発生しうる。発生された静電気は構成要素Eに帯電され素子100の機能に影響を与えることができ、激しい場合、素子100自体が損傷される恐れがある。

Claims (1)
- 基板と、
基板上部に形成された発光素子と、
前記発光素子を含む全体構造の上部に形成されて、外部と前記発光素子を完全に遮断させる多層構造の保護層とを含み、
前記保護層は、前記発光素子の上部に形成された有機物層、有機物層上に形成された非有機物層、及び非有機物層上に形成されたコーティング層からなり、
前記保護層のコーティング層は、窒化アルミチタンからなる有機電界発光素子。
