Claims (5)
- ターボ機械の可変ピッチのステータベーン(14、14’)の2つの段(10、10’)を制御するための制御システムであって、
各段(10、10’)が、ターボ機械のケーシング(12)に各々旋回可能に取り付けられる複数のベーン(14、14’)と、ケーシングを取り巻き、レバー(18、18’)を介して段のベーン(14、14’)のそれぞれに連結される制御リング(22、22’)とから形成され、
制御システムが、ケーシング(12)に旋回可能に取り付けられるリーダ部材(26)を介して、一方の段(10)の制御リング(22)を回転させるための駆動要素(24)と、駆動要素(24)によって駆動される制御リング(22)の回転運動を、ケーシングに旋回可能に取り付けられる従動部材(26’)を介して他方の段(10’)の制御リング(22’)に伝えるための同期バー(30)とを備え、
前記制御システムが、従動部材(26’)と従動リング(22’)との間に挿置される追加のピボット部材(44)をさらに備え、前記追加のピボット部材(44)が、ケーシング(12)および従動部材(26’)の両方に旋回可能に取り付けられ、該追加のピボット部材(44)が、従動リング(22’)に連結される制御ロッド(32’)に旋回可能に取り付けられる1つのアーム(46)と、ケーシング(12)に旋回可能に取り付けられるブシュ(52)にスライド可能に受けられるガイドロッド(50)とを有することを特徴とする、制御システム。 - 従動部材(26’)が、追加のピボット部材(44)に旋回可能に連結される第1のアーム(36)と、同期バー(30)の一端部に連結される第2のアーム(40)とを備える、請求項1に記載の制御システム。
- 追加のピボット部材(44)のケーシング(12)上のピボット点が、円(C)の内側に配置され、前記円(C)が、従動部材(26’)のケーシング上のピボット点(26’a)に中心を合わされ、半径として前記従動部材の第1のアーム(36)を有する、請求項2に記載の制御システム。
- 追加のピボット部材(44)のケーシング(12)上のピボット点が、円(C)の外側に配置され、前記円(C)が、従動部材(26’)のケーシング上のピボット点(26’a)に中心を合わされ、半径として前記従動部材の第1のアーム(36)を有する、請求項2に記載の制御システム。
- リーダ部材(26)が、第2の制御ロッド(32)を介してリーダ段(10)の制御リング(22)に連結される第1のアーム(34)と、従動部材(26’)に連結される端部と反対側の同期バー(30)の端部に連結される第2のアーム(38)と、駆動要素(24)に連結される第3のアーム(42)とを備える、請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の制御システム。
