Claims (8)
- 駆動軸(18、18´)を介してモーター(9)により駆動する回転可能に設けられたナイフ保持装置(6)と、該ナイフ保持装置(6)に配置された回転ナイフ(4)によって掃われる溶解物排出孔(10)を有する多孔板(3)とを備える造粒部本体(2)と、上記多孔板(3)を収容すると共に、水または空気の冷却・運搬媒体(C)を該造粒部筐体(1)の内部に供給できる少なくとも1つの注入口(7)とを備え、上記冷却・運搬媒体(C)は、上記造粒部筐体(1)の内壁に沿って、上記造粒部本体(2)から、上記造粒部筐体(1)における上記造粒部本体(2)とは反対側の端部において上記冷却・運搬媒体(C)を顆粒(G)と共に排出することができるように配置された排出口(8)の方向へと流れるプラスチック溶解物顆粒化装置であって、
上記ナイフ保持装置(6)は、磁気クラッチ(15)を介して、上記駆動軸(18、18´)に連結されていることを特徴とするプラスチック溶解物顆粒化装置。 - 上記磁気クラッチ(15)は、一対になっている2つの連結部材(13、14)を備え、
上記2つの連結部材のうちの一方の連結部材(14)は、耐トルク性を有して上記駆動軸(18、18´)に接続され、他方の連結部材(13)は、耐トルク性を有して上記ナイフ保持装置(6)に接続され、
上記2つの連結部材(13、14)は、互いの間に距離(d)をおいて配置され、上記2つの連結部材(14、13)にそれぞれ備えられた永久磁石(17,16)によって、磁力を発生させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック溶解物顆粒化装置。 - 上記永久磁石(16、17)が、少なくとも1つの環状線に沿って、上記連結部材(13、14)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプラスチック溶解物顆粒化装置。
- 上記永久磁石(16、17)が、上記連結部材(13、14)の貫通孔(13a、14a)または止まり穴に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のプラスチック溶解物顆粒化装置。
- 隣接する逆極性を有する永久磁石が上記連結部材(13、14)に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック溶解物顆粒化装置。
- 上記連結部材(13、14)が、非磁性体から成ることを特徴とする請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック溶解物顆粒化装置。
- 上記連結部材(13、14)が、円盤状、ホイール状、または、上記連結部材の周囲に近接して配置された永久磁石を有する壷状あるいは複数の羽状に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック溶解物顆粒化装置。
- モーター(9)の少なくとも一部分が、ナイフ保持装置(6)と溶解物排出孔(8)との間に構成される、造粒部筐体(1)内の領域に突出していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック溶解物顆粒化装置。
