Description

Claims (12)
- 軟質の地盤や、石や岩石の多い地盤や、石や岩石の多い軟質の地盤中に、細長い構造物を製作するため、複数のパイプ・エレメント(18)の前進時に、その推進力(40)と、その中立軸(N)及びその前進方向(28)のいずれか一方又は双方に関する偏心(52)とを、加圧装置(24)と、流体が充填された複数の拡張エレメント(44)とを使用して決定するための方法であって、前記拡張エレメント(44)は、前記パイプライン(14)の複数のジョイント(70)内の端面に配置されている、前記方法において、前記パイプライン(14)の全長にわたって分布するように配置された前記複数の拡張エレメント(44)のうちの少なくとも一部において、その流体圧力(p)及び前記複数のジョイント(70)の変形のうちのいずれか一方又は双方が計測され、これらのパラメータから前記推進力(40)と偏心(52)が計算され、これらの数値は保存され、又は、これらの数値は保存された標準値と比較され、又は、これらの数値は保存されて前記保存された標準値と比較されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 軟質の地盤や、石や岩石の多い地盤や、石や岩石の多い軟質の地盤中に、細長い構造物を製作するため、複数のパイプ・エレメント(18)の前進時に、加圧装置(24)と、流体が充填された複数の拡張エレメント(44)とを使用して、その推進力(40)を制御し、その中立軸(N)及びその前進方向(28)のいずれか一方又は双方に関するその偏心(52)を最小にする方法であって、前記拡張エレメント(44)は、前記パイプライン(14)の複数のジョイント(70)内の端面に配置されている、前記方法において、前記パイプライン(14)の全長にわたって分布するように配置された前記複数の拡張エレメント(44)のうちの少なくとも一部において、その流体圧力(p)及び前記複数のジョイント(70)の変形のうちのいずれか一方又は双方が計測され、これらのパラメータから前記推進力(40)と偏心(52)が計算され、これらの数値は、前記加圧装置(24)と、前記複数の拡張エレメント(44)のそれぞれに対する流体供給又は流体排出との、いずれか一方又は双方の制御コマンドに変換されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、前記変形は、好ましくは拡張変形又は剪断変形であり、前記変形は全ての前記ジョイント(70)で計測されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、前記変形は、好ましくは、ジョイント(70)の拡張量が、ジョイント(70)一つ当り少なくとも3つのポイントで計測され、前記ポイントは、好ましくは、その周面にわたって規則的に分布し、前記ジョイント(70)の拡張平面の幾何学的形状が決定されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記拡張エレメント(44)は複数の区画に分割され、前記流体の圧力は区画(A,B,C)ごとに計測され、前記各区画に供給され又は前記各区画から排出される流体量は、各区画に対応する制御コマンドによって個々に決定されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法において、先端部品(30)は最先端部の拡張エレメント(44)によって制御されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記流体の圧力(p)は、耐圧性流体で満たされた拡張エレメント(44)の内部で計測されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記流体の圧力(p)は、前記パイプ・エレメント(18)の少なくとも一つの端面(42)に向かって断面形状が円形、楕円形、長円形又は半円形の拡張エレメント(44)の内部で計測されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、加圧用立坑(12)内で前記拡張エレメント(44)の予備的な圧縮時に計測された前記複数のパラメーターが保存されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、分析が実時間で実行されることを特徴とする、前記方法。
- 品質管理のために使用する請求項1に記載の方法。
