Description
原則を下記で設定する、様々な試験を使用して、TDCEの安定化の有効性を評価する。
BAM試験に基づいてアルミニウムに関する処方の安定化を試験するが、この試験は、いくつかの実験に分かれる。
ブチレンオキシド 30ppmを含有する、PPG IndustriesからのTDCE溶液において、加水分解試験を行う。7.17の最初の値から100時間後の7.97の値へのpHの変化が観察される。したがって、この溶液は安定であるとみなすことができない。
Claims (8)
- プロピレンオキシド、ブチレンオキシド及びイソプロピルグリシジルエーテルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの酸受容体と、ジイソブチレン、アミレン、イソプレン、α−メチルスチレン、N−メチルピロール、1,4−ジオキサン、テトラヒドロフラン、フェノール、チモール及びイオノールからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのラジカルスカベンジャーと、メチラール、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、ニトロメタン、ニトロエタン、ギ酸メチル、酢酸メチル、酢酸イソプロピル、及びtert−ブチルメチルエーテルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのルイス塩基と、トリエチルアミン、N−メチルモルホリン、ジエチルアミン及びN,N−ジイソプロピルアミンからなる群から選択される緩衝効果を有する少なくとも1つの化合物とを添加物として含む、trans−1,2−ジクロロエチレンの安定化溶液。
- 安定化溶液中の各添加物の含有量が、10ppmから10000ppmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の溶液。
- 安定化溶液中の各添加物の含有量が、10ppmから1000ppmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の溶液。
- 添加物の総含有量が、50000ppm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の溶液。
- 添加物の総含有量が、5000ppm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の溶液。
- 酸受容体 200ppmから800ppmと、ラジカルスカベンジャー又はラジカルスカベンジャーの混合物 100ppmから700ppmmと、ルイス塩基 10ppmから100ppmと、緩衝効果を有する化合物 10ppmから50ppmとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の溶液。
- 少なくとも1つの酸受容体がブチレンオキシドであり、少なくとも1つのラジカルスカベンジャーがジイソブチレン及びイソプレンであり、少なくとも1つのルイス塩基がアセトンであり、緩衝効果を有する少なくとも1つの化合物がジエチルアミンであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6の一項に記載の溶液。
- ブチレンオキシド 200ppmから800ppmと、ジイソブチレン 100ppmから500ppmと、イソプレン 50ppmから200ppmと、アセトン 10ppmから100ppmと、ジエチルアミン 10ppmから50ppmとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の溶液。
