上記の実施例1において、バリア性層を構成する無機酸化物の蒸着膜が化学気相成長法による酸化珪素の蒸着膜ではなく、2軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムのコロナ処理面に、アルミニウムを蒸着源に用いて、酸素ガスを供給しながら、エレクトロンビーム(EB)加熱方式による真空蒸着法により、膜厚200Åの酸化アルミニウムの蒸着膜を形成した物理気相成長法による酸化アルミニウムの蒸着膜であること以外は、上記の実施例1と全く同様にして、実施例1と同様に、本発明にかかる積層材を製造した。
まず、上記の実施例1と同様に、バリア性層を製造し、つぎに、300g/m2のカップ原紙とバリア性層の蒸着膜面をエチレン−メタクリル酸共重合体樹脂20μmをオゾン処理を施しながらサンドラミし、さらにバリア性層のPET面側に2液硬化型AC剤を塗布し低密度ポリエチレン樹脂[d=0.923g/cm3、MI=3.7g/10分]を20μm押出しラミネートした。さらに、上記ラミ原反の紙側に低密度ポリエチレン樹脂[d=0.923g/cm3、MI=3.7g/10分]を20μm押出しラミネートし、反転させ、低密度ポリエチレン樹脂側に、直鎖状低密度ポリエチレン樹脂[d=0.915g/cm3、MI=4.0g/10分]20μとメタロセン触媒を用いて重合したエチレン−α・オレフイン共重合体樹脂[d=0.907g/cm3、MI=11.0g/10分]20μmとを共押出しにより積層させて積層材を作製した。
実施例1の最内層を1層の低密度ポリエチレン40μmにしたこと以外は、全て同一とした紙容器を作製した。
実施例2の最内層を1層の低密度ポリエチレン40μmにしたこと以外は、全て同一とした紙容器を作製した。

Claims (16)
- 少なくとも、最外層、紙基材層、熱可塑性樹脂層、基材フィルムの一方の面に無機酸化物の蒸着膜とガスバリア性塗布膜とを設けた構成からなるバリア性層、中間ポリエチレン層、該中間ポリエチレン層側をポリオレフィン樹脂とし、接内容物側をメタロセン触媒を使用して重合したエチレン−α・オレフイン共重合体とした共押し出しにより積層してなる最内層を順次積層した積層材であって、前記バリア性層を構成する無機酸化物の前記蒸着膜と前記ガスバリア性塗布膜とが、前記紙基材層の面に対向して積層した積層材からなり、前記最内層を構成する接内容物側の層の前記エチレン−α・オレフイン共重合体樹脂の密度が0.880〜0.920g/cm 3 の範囲であり、メルトインデックスが0.2〜20g/10分の範囲であり、かつ前記最内層を構成する前記中間ポリエチレン層側の前記ポリオレフィン樹脂からなる層(最内層の中間ポリエチレン層側の層)と前記接内容物側の前記エチレン−α・オレフイン共重合体からなる層(最内層の接内容物側の層)との厚み比[最内層の接内容物側の層の厚さ/最内層の中間ポリエチレン層側の層の厚さ]が、0.05〜1.5の範囲であることを特徴とする紙容器。
- 前記バリア性層を構成する前記基材フィルムが、2軸延伸加工した樹脂のフィルムまたはシートからなることを特徴とする請求項1のいずれかに記載する紙容器。
- 前記バリア性層を構成する無機酸化物の前記蒸着膜が、化学気相成長法または物理気相成長法によることを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載する紙容器。
- 前記バリア性層を構成する無機酸化物の前記蒸着膜が、化学気相成長法による酸化珪素からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載する紙容器。
- 前記バリア性層を構成する無機酸化物の前記蒸着膜が、物理気相成長法による酸化アルミニウムの蒸着膜からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載する紙容器。
- 前記バリア性層を構成する前記ガスバリア性塗布膜が、一般式R1nM(OR2)m(ただし、式中、R1、R2は、炭素数1〜8の有機基を表し、Mは、金属原子を表し、nは、0以上の整数を表し、mは、1以上の整数を表し、n+mは、Mの原子価を表す。)で表される少なくとも1種以上のアルコキシドと、ポリビニルアルコ−ル系樹脂及び/又はエチレン・ビニルアルコ−ル共重合体とを含有し、さらに、ゾル−ゲル法によって重縮合して得られるガスバリア性組成物によるコーティング膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載する紙容器。
- 前記ガスバリア性塗布膜を構成する一般式R1nM(OR2)m中のMが、珪素、ジルコニウム、チタニウム、または、アルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載する紙容器。

- 前記ガスバリア性塗布膜を構成する前記ガスバリア性組成物が、一般式R1nM(OR2)m(ただし、式中、R1、R2は、炭素数1〜8の有機基を表し、Mは、金属原子を表し、nは、0以上の整数を表し、mは、1以上の整数を表し、n+mは、Mの原子価を表す。)で表される少なくとも1種以上のアルコキシドと、ポリビニルアルコ−ル系樹脂及び/又はエチレン・ビニルアルコ−ル共重合体とを含有し、さらに、ゾル−ゲル法触媒、酸、水、および、有機溶剤の存在下に、ゾル−ゲル法によって重縮合するガスバリア性組成物からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載する紙容器。
- 前記ガスバリア性塗布膜が、1層ないし2層以上重層した複合ポリマ−層からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載する紙容器。
- 前記ガスバリア性塗布膜が、前記ガスバリア性組成物を塗工して塗工膜を設けた前記基材フィルムを、20℃〜200℃で、かつ、前記基材フィルムの融点以下の温度で30秒〜10分間加熱処理した硬化膜からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載する紙容器。
- 前記ガスバリア性塗布膜を構成する前記ガスバリア性組成物中のゾル−ゲル法触媒が、水に実質的に不溶であり、かつ、有機溶媒に可溶な第3アミンからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載する紙容器。
- 前記ガスバリア性塗布膜を構成する前記ガスバリア性組成物中の第3アミンが、N,N−ジメチルベンジルアミンからなることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載する液体紙容器。
- 前記ガスバリア性塗布膜を構成する前記ガスバリア性組成物中の水が、アルコキシド1モルに対して0.1〜100モルの割合で用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載する紙容器。
