Claims (10)
- シェルと、前記シェルに部分的に埋め込まれた鋳造コアと、からなる鋳型のキャビティ内で金属を鋳造するステップと、
前記金属の表面に前記鋳造コアによって形成される少なくとも1つの開口を残すように、前記金属から前記シェルおよび前記鋳造コアを除去するステップと、
犠牲材料として液体のエポキシ樹脂で前記開口を充填するステップと、
前記液体のエポキシ樹脂を硬化させるステップと、
前記金属を前記開口の前記犠牲材料とともに機械加工するステップと、
前記機械加工の後、前記犠牲材料の残った部分を除去するステップと、
を含む方法であって、
前記充填するステップは、
前記金属の周囲にスカートを設けて、この金属を前記液体のエポキシ樹脂を収容した容器内に少なくとも部分的に浸漬して行い、前記スカートによって、該スカートの外側のエポキシ樹脂の液面が、前記金属の露出した部分よりも高くなるようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記硬化させるステップが、紫外光で硬化させることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記浸漬の前に、前記金属に少なくとも1つの支持体を設け、
前記浸漬の間に、前記少なくとも1つの支持体が、前記金属を支持し、前記液体が前記開口を介して通流できるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記浸漬によって下部の開口から導入された液体エポキシ樹脂がスカートの内側の開口からあふれ出ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記鋳造金属は、内周側面と、外周側面と、上流端部および下流端部と、第1の周方向端部および第2の周方向端部と、を有するブレード外側エアシールとなる未加工品であって、前記外周側面は凹んだ溜め部を有し、前記スカート内の少なくとも1つの前記開口が前記凹んだ溜め部内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記浸漬するステップに続いて減圧された環境に晒すことを含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記浸漬するステップに続いて減圧された環境に晒すことを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記充填するステップが、複数の前記開口を介して個別に流入させることを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記除去するステップが、加熱することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記除去するステップの後、前記金属にコーティングをすることをさらに含む請求項1に記載の方法。
