Description
1つの形態により、本発明は、例えば、例えばインスリン又はホルモンのような注射装置又はアンプル内に保持され、注射装置から分与すべき医学物質の投薬量を設定する投薬量設定機構であって、注射装置に配設することができ、又は、その一部として提供することができ、また、例えば、注射装置の後端に設定スリーブを有し、該設定スリーブは、注射装置の長手方向軸線の回りにて回転可能であり、また、周方向に1つ又はより多くの標識を有しており、該標識は、物質の投薬量と共に分与することのできる物質内に保持された活性な成分のそれぞれの設定位置又は量にて注射装置から分与することのできる物質の量を表示する上記の投薬量設定機構に関するものである。例えば、設定スリーブに設けられた標識を回転することにより設定スリーブを例えば、注射装置にて矢印で示した予め規定された位置まで遠方に回転させることにより、ユーザは、その後の投与操作にて注射装置から分与すべき物質又は活性な成分の量を設定することができる。投薬量設定機構は、また、好ましくは、注射装置のハウジングに対し又は設定スリーブに対して投薬量設定機構又は注射装置外に回転して、投薬量を分与する準備をすることのできる回転スリーブも有しており、また、1つ又はより多くの標識が回転スリーブに設けられ、また、好ましくは、周方向に向けてその外面の回りを伸びるものとし、この標識は、数値の点にて設定スリーブに設けられた標識と同一とし又は、これらと関係付けることができる。本発明の目的のため、回転スリーブは、例えば、螺着係合を介して直接的に、又は中間要素を介して間接的に設定スリーブと連結され、このため、回転スリーブが完全に又は最大限引き出された状態(これは、回転スリーブが設定スリーブの設定又は回転位置から最大限引き出され又は外方に動いたときに生ずる)のとき、回転スリーブは、回転スリーブに設けられた標識が設定スリーブの関係した標識から周方向に向いて変位されないような態様にて、換言すれば、回転スリーブ上の標識の軸方向伸び位置に位置するような態様にて設定スリーブに対して配置される。このため、回転スリーブは、完全に引き出された状態にて回転スリーブ上の投薬量ディスプレイをブロックし、設定スリーブの相応する投薬量ディスプレイ又は標識に対して軸方向に整合され、投薬量設定操作の各々は、設定スリーブにより実行される。その結果、ペンの一側部にて投薬量を設定し且つ、これと同時に、ペンの同一側部にて容易にチェックし、設定スリーブ及び回転スリーブにおける関係した標識が互いに隣接する位置にあるため、投薬量が正確に起動されることを保証することができる。こうした場合でない場合、ユーザは、設定された投薬量が起動されず、従って、投与されないことを容易に知ることができる。
ねじ付きロッドが注射装置に対して又は回転スリーブに対し一方向に回転するのを可能にし且つ、反対方向への回転をブロックする設計とされた回転防止ロック又は逆回転ロックについて以下に説明する。注射装置及び回転スリーブにおける回転ロックは、同一の構造とし、また、ラチェットシステムの範囲内にて同一の機構に基づいて作用する。
図1Aには、注射装置(1)の側面図が示されており、線B−Bに沿ったその断面は図1Bに示されている。
注射装置(1)が回転スリーブ(3)を回転させることによって起動されるとき、ねじ付きロッド(4)は、回転制限要素(6b)によって保持され、このためねじ付きロッドは、注射装置のハウジング(1a)に対して回転することが阻止される一方、回転制限要素(6a)は、矢印P1で示した回転方向に向けてねじ付きロッド(4)のねじ部(4b)にて歯部とブロッキング係合していない。ブロッキング係合すれば、回転スリーブ(3)はハウジング(1a)外に回転されることになろう。
Claims (11)
- 注射装置(1)から分与すべき投薬量を設定する投薬量設定機構において、設定要素(2)と、投薬量設定機構(1)からねじの作用による回転動作を伴って引出されて、投薬量を分与する準備をすることができる起動要素(3)とを備え、停止部(2b)が設定要素(2)に設けられ、協働する停止部(3g)が起動要素(3)に設けられ、設定要素(2)に対する起動要素(3)の回転動作を停止部(2b、3g)によって制限することができるようにし、起動要素(3)が設定要素(2)に対して、予め規定された位置関係にあるときのみ、設定要素(2)を注射装置(1)又はそのハウジングに対して回転させることができる投薬量設定機構。
- 請求項1に記載の投薬量設定機構において、起動要素(3)をねじの作用による回転動作を伴って押込むことにより、注射装置(1)から分与すべき投薬量を分与することができる、投薬量設定機構。
- 請求項1又は2の1つに記載の投薬量設定機構において、分与すべき投薬量は、起動要素(3)の軸方向への起動経路長さに比例する、投薬量設定機構。
- 請求項1ないし3の何れか1つの項に記載の投薬量設定機構において、停止部(2b)及び(又は)協働する停止部(3g)は、軸方向に伸びる形態にて又はら旋状の形状にて又は突き出すカムとして提供される、投薬量設定機構。
- 請求項1ないし3の何れか1つの項に記載の投薬量設定機構において、停止部(2b)及び(又は)協働する停止部(3g)は、設定要素(2)又は起動要素(3)の回りにて少なくとも部分的に周方向に伸びる突起の形態にて提供される、投薬量設定機構。
- 請求項1ないし5の何れか1つの項に記載の投薬量設定機構において、停止部(2b)及び(又は)協働する停止部(3g)は、設定要素(2)又は起動要素(3)の内面及び(又は)外面に設けられる、投薬量設定機構。
- 請求項1ないし6の何れか1つの項に記載の投薬量設定機構において、設定要素(2)及び起動要素(3)は、同軸状に配設され且つ(又は)互いに回転可能である、投薬量設定機構。
