Description
Claims (20)
- 患者からの血液が血液供給ライン(5)を介して半透膜(2)により2つのチャンバ内に分割されている血液透析器(1)の血液チャンバ(3)に送られ、そして該血液チャンバ(3)から血液戻しライン(7)を介して前記患者に送り戻される体外循環システムを有する透析装置であって、前記血液を前記体外血液循環システム中に供給する血液ポンプ(6)と、
物質を前記患者の前記血液に添加する添加ユニット(12,24)と、
流体の前記血液透析器の第2のチャンバ(4)から抜き取る限外濾過ユニット(22,23)と、
前記患者の血圧を測定する血圧測定ユニット(13)と、
前記血液ポンプ(6)、前記添加ユニット(12,24)、限外濾過ユニット(22,23)及び血圧測定ユニット(13)に接続された制御及び評価ユニット(30)と、
前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)に接続されていて、情報を出力する出力ユニット(32,33)と、前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)に接続されていて、データ及び命令を入力する入力ユニット(32)とを有する血液透析装置において、
前記入力ユニット(32)は、手動で作動された時に信号を前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)に送る非常時起動手段(58)を有し、前記信号は、前記血圧測定ユニット(13)から血液測定値を要求し、前記添加ユニット(12,24)に命令して循環安定化物質を所定の様式で前記血液中に送り込ませ、前記出力ユニット(32,33)に命令して、治療中に示された外部から見える状態とは異なる外部から見える状態(61,63)で前記血液の前記循環安定化物質の前記添加及び前記血圧測定値に関する状態情報を表示させ、
前記信号の受信後、前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)は、前記限外濾過ユニット(22,23)に命令して限外濾過率を所定の減少した限界濾過率の値に減少させる、血液透析装置。 - 血液透析器調製ユニット(24)から延びる血液透析器供給ライン(20)が、前記透析液を供給する前記血液透析器(1)の前記第2のチャンバ(4)に連結されている、請求項1記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記透析液調製ユニット(24)は、前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)に接続されている、請求項2記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記透析液調製ユニット(24)は、前記添加ユニットの一部である、請求項3記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記物質は、前記血液透析器(1)の前記半透膜(2)を経て前記血液に供給される、請求項4記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記物質は、前記透析液調製ユニット(24)及び前記血液供給ライン(5)又は前記血液戻しライン(7)に連結された代用物ライン(26)を介して供給される、請求項4記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記出力ユニットの前記情報出力部は、スクリーン(33)として具体化されている、請求項1記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記スクリーン(33)は、タッチスクリーンとして構成されている、請求項7記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記非常時起動手段(58)は、接触の結果として信号の放出をもたらす特徴的な記号によって前記スクリーン上に表示された領域である、請求項8記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記信号の受信後、前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)は、前記出力ユニット(32)が、前記血圧測定値及び物質添加に関する状態情報を前記スクリーン(33)上に同時に又は連続して表示するそれまでは見えない出力窓(61,63)を見えるようにさせる、請求項7記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記減少した限界濾過率値は、ゼロである、請求項1記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記信号の受信時に前記限外濾過率を減少させる前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)の機能を、ユーザにより前記入力ユニット(32)を介して作動させ又は作動を停止させることができる、請求項1記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記減少した限外濾過率値は、ユーザにより前記入力ユニット(32)を介してあらかじめ定めることができる、請求項12記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記信号の受信時に、前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)は、前記出力ユニット(32)に命令して前記限外濾過率の減少に関する状態情報を表示させる、請求項1記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記信号の受信後、前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)は、前記出力ユニット(32)が、それまでは見えない出力窓で前記スクリーン(33)上の前記限外濾過率の前記減少に関する状態情報を見えるようにさせる、請求項14記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記信号の受信後、前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)は、前記血液ポンプ(6)に命令して前記血液供給率を減少した血液供給率の値に減少させる、請求項1記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記信号の受信時に前記血液供給率を減少させる前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)の機能を、ユーザにより前記入力ユニット(32)を介して作動させ又は作動を停止させることができる、請求項16記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記減少した血液供給率をユーザにより前記入力ユニット(32)を介してあらかじめ定めることができる、請求項17記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記信号の受信時、前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)は、前記出力ユニット(32)に命令して前記血液供給率の減少に関する状態情報を表示させる、請求項16記載の血液透析装置。
- 前記信号の受信後、前記制御及び評価ユニット(30)は、前記出力ユニット(32)が、それまでは見えない出力窓で前記スクリーン(33)上の前記血液供給率の減少に関する状態情報を見えるようにさせる、請求項19記載の血液透析装置。
