Claims (8)
- (a)第1の本体(14)と、
(b)前記第1の本体と摺動可能に連結されている第2の本体(16)と
(c)前記両本体を挟みつけて、この両本体に連結されており、握り締めたり、握りを緩めたりすることができる把手であって、この両本体は、この把手を握り締めたときには、第1の位置をとり、把手の握りを緩めたときには、第2の位置をとるようになっている把手(12)と、
(d)前記両本体を、前記第1の位置に向けて付勢するばね手段(34)と、
(e)手前側端部および遠方側端部を有する管状部材(18)と、
(f)前記管状部材内に摺動可能に設けられて、この管状部材の遠方側端部から延出することができ、かつ第2の本体(16)に連結された活性電極であって、1つの電気的接触用端部と、前記管状部材の遠方側端部に隣接する、少なくとも1つの電気的に活性な端部(24)とを有する活性電極(22)と、
(g)前記第2の本体(16)に位置する電気的接触を行うための端子手段であって、前記活性電極の電気的に活性な端部と電気的に接続する端子手段(28)と
を具備する電気外科手術具において、
(h)前記活性電極の電気的接触用端部は、外部に露出される接触面(78)を有し、前記端子手段は、この電気外科手術具の内部において、剥き出しの導線(26)を収容し、かつ支持する少なくとも1つの領域を形成する、後方に突出する部分(56)と前方に突出する部分(54)を有する接触部材を備え、
(i)前記導線(26)は、前記端子手段(28)から前記接触部材中へ延び、かつ第1の導線収容領域(98)を形成する少なくとも1つの剥き出し端を有し、かつ前記接触部材の前方に突出する部分(54)の外側の領域(68)に達するものであり、前記第1の本体(14)と第2の本体(16)が、前記第1の位置又は第2の位置にあるときに、前記第1の導線収容領域(98)は前記電極の外部に露出される接触面(78)に接触し、
(j)これにより、前記端子手段に給電し、かつ前記把手を握り締めたときに、前記両本体は、第1の位置をとり、前記管状部材の遠方側端部から、前記活性電極の電気的に活性な端部が延出し、患者の体組織に、手術のための電流を供給しうるようになっていることを特徴とする電気外科手術具。 - 前方に突出する部分(54)は、後方に突出する部分(56)より、径が小さい請求項1記載の電気外科手術具。
- 前記第2の本体は、孔を有し、前記第1の本体は、一方の側において前記管状部材が嵌合され、かつもう一方の側において、第2の本体が嵌合される孔を有し、前記接触部材は、前記第1の本体の孔を通過して、前記第2の本体の孔に嵌合されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気外科手術具。
- 前記第2の本体は、前記第1の本体に加圧して嵌合され、かつ前記接触部材は、第2の本体に加圧して嵌合されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電気外科手術具。
- 前記導線は、互いに離間された電気的接触用の複数の中間露出部を形成し、かつ前記接触部材(54)の縮径部の外表面で終端する2つの剥き出しの端部を有し、前記活性電極の接触用端部は、外部に露出し、かつ互いに離間された2つの接触面を有し、前記各中間露出部は、この2つの接触面の一方と接触していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の電気外科手術具。
- 前記接触部材は、前記導線の中間接触部を収容するための内部溝(60)と、前記導線の剥き出しの端部を収容するための外部溝(68)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気外科手術具。
- 前記活性電極は、この活性電極の電気的に活性な端部と外部に露出された接触面との間に位置して、この端部と接触面とを互いに接続する少なくとも1本の内部導線を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気外科手術具。
- 前記電極は、通路(76)を有する絶縁性の本体を備え、前記活性電極の外部に露出された接触面は、この本体の外表面に形成され、かつ前記通路を通って、前記内部導線と接触している導電性のバンド(78)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電気外科手術具。
