Description
このような短所を補完するために、最近には、本出願人は図1及び図2に示したように、小型車両の差動装置内に挿入して差動を制限することのできる小型差動制限装置を開発した。
ボディ部12の内側に形成され、車両の駆動軸と連結されるように第1のサイドピニオンギア14が形成され、第1のサイドピニオンギア14と互いに対向する位置の車両駆動軸に連結されて回転するように第2のサイドピニオンギア13が形成される。
Claims (4)
- 固定カバー11を有するボディ部12と、
前記ボディ部12の内側に形成され、車両の駆動軸と連結されるように形成された第1のサイドピニオンギア14と、
前記第1のサイドピニオンギア14と互いに対向する位置の車両駆動軸に連結されて回転するように形成された第2のサイドピニオンギア13と、
前記第1のサイドピニオンギア14及び第2のサイドピニオンギア13と噛合って回転する一対の差動ピニオンギア15、16と、
前記第1のサイドピニオンギア14及び第2のサイドピニオンギア13の後尾側に形成された摩擦板と、
前記第1のサイドピニオンギア14及び第2のサイドピニオンギア13との間に配置されると共に、前記第1のサイドピニオンギア14及び第2のサイドピニオンギア13にそれぞれ連動するように設けられたカバーギア22及びピストンギア25を有し、前記カバーギア22及びピストンギア25が、差動発生時、反対方向に回転して圧力を発生させる圧力発生装置とを含み、
前記圧力発生装置から発生された圧力で、前記ピストンギアを長手方向に押し付け、前記摩擦板によって差動を制限することを特徴とする摩擦式差動制限装置。 - 固定カバー11を有するボディ部12と、
前記ボディ部12の内側に形成され、車両の駆動軸と連結されるように形成された第1のサイドピニオンギア14と、
前記第1のサイドピニオンギア14と互いに対向する位置の車両駆動軸に連結されて回転するように形成された第2のサイドピニオンギア13と、
前記第1のサイドピニオンギア14及び第2のサイドピニオンギア13と噛合って回転される一対の差動ピニオンギア15、16と、
前記差動ピニオンギア15、16の後尾側に形成された摩擦板と、
前記一対の差動ピニオンギア15、16の間に配置されると共に、前記差動ピニオンギア15、16にそれぞれ連動するように設けられたカバーギア22及びピストンギア25を有し、前記カバーギア22及びピストンギア25が、差動発生時、反対方向に回転して圧力を発生させる圧力発生装置とを含み、
前記圧力発生装置から発生された圧力で、前記ピストンギアを長手方向に押し付け、前記摩擦板によって差動を制限することを特徴とする摩擦式差動制限装置。 - 前記圧力発生装置20は、
前記カバーギア22と一体に固定された状態で同一に回転され、下部側は前記ピストンギア25と反対に回転するように形成された本体シリンダー24と、
前記本体シリンダー24の内側には、前記ピストンギア25と同一に回転しながら圧力を発生させるように形成されたトロコイドギアポンピング部23と、
前記トロコイドギアポンピング部23の回転により発生した圧力を前記ピストンギア25側へ排出させるように形成された流出口45とからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の摩擦式差動制限装置。 - 前記カバーギア22には、前記本体シリンダー24の内側に貫通するように流路17が形成され、前記本体シリンダー24の内側に圧力発生の時に前記流路17を通じてオイル量が調節されるベローズ21が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の摩擦式差動制限装置。
