Claims (5)
- 供給流体を貯留するように構成されたタンクと、
流体を加圧するように構成された加圧源と、
加圧された流体を受け入れるように構成された複数個の流体アクチュエータと、
制御器であって、
複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータであり、複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータであるかを示す入力を受け取り、
複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を示す入力を受け取り、
加圧源の現在の流量を決定し、
第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を要求し、又、複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する全所望流量が加圧源の現在の流量を超える場合には、第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する比率削減された所望流量を要求し、かつ、
第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望流量が加圧源の現在の流量を超える場合には、すべての複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する比率削減された所望流量を要求するように構成された制御器と、
を備えた液圧システム。 - 液圧システムを操作する方法であって、
流体を加圧することと、
加圧された流体を複数個の流体アクチュエータに送り込むことと、
複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータであり、複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータであるかを示す入力を受け取ることと、
複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を示す入力を受け取ることと、
複数個の流体アクチュエータと流体連通している加圧源の現在の流量を決定することと、
第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を要求すること、及び、複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する全所望流量が加圧源の現在の流量を超える場合には、第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する比率削減された所望流量を要求することと、
第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望流量が加圧源の現在の流量を超える場合には、すべての複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する比率削減された所望流量を要求することと、
を含む方法。 - 動力源と、
少なくとも1つの作業器具と、
少なくとも1つの牽引装置と、
少なくとも1つの作業器具及び少なくとも1つの牽引装置の少なくとも1つを作動させるように構成された液圧システムであって、
供給流体を貯留するように構成されたタンクと、
流体を加圧するように構成された加圧源と、
加圧された流体を受け入れるように構成された複数個の流体アクチュエータと、
制御器であって、
複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータであり、複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータであるかを示す入力を受け取り、
複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を示す入力を受け取り、
加圧源の現在の流量を決定し、
第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を要求し、又、複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する全所望流量が加圧源の現在の流量を超える場合には、第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する比率削減された所望流量を要求し、
第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望流量が加圧源の現在の流量を超える場合には、すべての複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する比率削減された所望流量を要求し、かつ、
現在の流量が予め定められた所望流量の範囲内にない場合は、加圧源の運転を調整するように構成された制御器と、
を含む液圧システムと、
を備えた作業機械。 - 供給流体を貯留するように構成されたタンクと、
流体を加圧するように構成された加圧源と、
加圧された流体を受け入れるように構成された複数個の流体アクチュエータと、
制御器であって、
複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータであり、複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータであるかを示す入力を受け取り、
第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータの所望の優先度を示す入力を受け取り、
複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を示す入力を受け取り、
加圧源の現在の流量を決定し、かつ、
第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を要求し、又、複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する全所望流量が加圧源の現在の流量を超える場合には、所望の優先度に従って比率削減された第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望流量を要求するように構成された制御器と、
を備えた液圧システム。 - 液圧システムを操作する方法であって、
流体を加圧することと、
加圧された流体を複数個の流体アクチュエータに送り込むことと、
複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータであり、複数個の流体アクチュエータのどれが第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータであるかを示す入力を受け取ることと、
第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータの所望の優先度を示す入力を受け取ることと、
複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を示す入力を受け取ることと、
複数個の流体アクチュエータと流体連通している加圧源の現在の流量を決定することと、
第1のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望の流量を要求すること、及び、複数個の流体アクチュエータに対する全所望流量が加圧源の現在の流量を超える場合には、所望の優先度に従って比率削減された第2のタイプの流体アクチュエータに対する所望流量を要求することと、
を含む方法。
